Nigerian laws will continue to fail because the lawmakers themselves are both lawbreakers and offenders. If we will tell ourselves the truth, 70% of the law makers used fake Certificates, cheats in the exams and even buy for their Children/wards. Let's take a case study, it's mandatory for candidates seeking admission into any Nigerian tertiary institution to have credit pass in English Language and Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings in their O'Level result. How many of our leaders children failed? Is it that they "know book" more than others? Why do they make it at 1st attempt and also get admitted into choice course of study? The law is made for the poor. |
