owobokiri:They don't want to join, so let them be and stop trying to sound like you are gentle when actually you habour dictatorial and terrorist intents towards Ndiigbo and them. You are living in delusions you created in your heads. Yarribas had minorities in Western region too, but since the Midwest left , do you still see them still rolling on the floor for those minorities? Do they even behave like those minorities exist? They go about their own business. Weak airheads in IPOB make Minorities in the East look too important to Ndiigbo with all your simping and inability to let them be and concentrate on the Igbo, and you wonder why they all now have over bloated sense of importance. Every group in Nigeria hate themselves, Nigeria is a dysfunctional society, so yeah, that Minorities resent Igbos is a reality and I have shown you historical facts to back that, starting from false accusations they brought against Ndiigbo in Willink commission to the voting pattern of 1979, 1983 and 2023 presidential elections. But of course you are emotional and have dictatorship agenda, so facts don't matter to you. You IPOB who are by the way non Igbo in mindset and orientatio, but hope to ride on Igbo population, good will and resources to capture not just Ndiigbo, but these minorities so that you can create a non democratic useless multiethnic Biafra where bunch of degenerates and asylum seekers that have failed to make anything out of their lives abroad can return and start exploiting us all while you unleash terror on any who dare to speak out, as you have demonstrated in your sit at home enforcement terrorist acts. SS minorities will be left to be on their own, while Ndiigbo concentrate on unifying Igbo speaking groups in SE, SS and NC and forming a true strong nation where everyone speaks one language, have unity of purpose and are willing participants.. If the emerging nations in SS become toxic to us rather than pursue collaboration on areas of mutual interests, then we will be their own version of Israel surrounded by Arabs. We will be fine. But your dictatorial Multiethnic Biafra will not happen, better go look for job now if you have non and are banking on useless multiethnic Biafra to happen so that you can return and become part of the looting class under a Suplim Lida. I can assure you it will not happen. You lots have showed your true selves and agenda all too soon. You are anti democracy and pro dictatorship and communist principles, this is a complete deviation from the Igbo core democratic and capitalist nature.. You have failed. |

Lifestone:He already explained. Eyo Ita was pushed out by Zik for alleged anti party acts so that Zik could take over since the party Ncnc was basically an ibo party |
| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by pazienza(op): 1:43pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
Obaaderemi2:You must be a clown. How was Eyo Ita pushed out by Zik? Eyo Ita chose to be a happy slave under colonial rule rather than make sacrifices to help with the independence push. It's same way you chose to be receiving peanuts from Tinubu while you support a government that is impoverishing the whole commoners in the country. |

They always rewrite their obsession with Power anywhere. Another Nzeogwu coup is not Igbo coup. |

pazienza:I was seriously thinking you are better. Seems, I'm wasting time debating you. For you to say Yorubas, not even Lagos wasn't ahead of you way before 1914 means you are either a joke, your knowledge of history is not as robust as you portrayed it or you are a deliberate revisionist. All is historical fraud. NB Oh lest I forget, the Eastern Ports are there for Igbos to ship through what's stopping them, Onne Port is one of the most modern ports in West Africa. |
| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by Obaaderemi2: 1:47pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
pazienza:You are the clown here as even your fellow easterners can see and have been pointing out. Did Eyo Ita resign wilfully? |

| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by pazienza(op): 1:51pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
Lifestone:Lol! Yes Lagos wasn't ahead as of 1905. Infact Lagos Colony ( SW) couldn't afford the dredging of the port in Lagos as of 1905, and other capital projects.. But immediately it was joined to Southern protectorate( SS and SE) in 1906, money was provided to dredge Lagos port over Calabar port that was originally planned for,and alot of capital intensive projects that Lagos colony had no funds for, miraculously commenced. And we all know where the money came from. That's when the robbing of Peter( SE and SS ) to pay Paul started, even before the second amalgamation took place in 1914. |

Obaaderemi2:Have you ever seen a selfish betrayer of public cause give up his selfish pecks freely? As you are now, if I ask you to give up your job of defending Tinubu and ApC that have impoverished Nigerians since 2015 and counting and join the noble cause of forcing Tinubu and his likes out of power, will you agree? The answer is nope. Even if Naira is turning to tissue paper, even if most Nigerians can nolonger feed on daily basis, even though our GDP has shrunk and our debt profile is on astronomical rise, what's more important to you is the peanuts you get from Tinubu that keeps you relatively okay while the rest of the populace suffer. Just like Eyo Ita, you will resort to "Igbo domination" screeching too at anyone trying to oust Tinubu. And unfortunately it always works because the rest of Nigeria suffer from incurable Igbophobia and you always know how to exploit it. Nigeria has been on a loop since 1914, same shit, different players. Pathetic. |

| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by pazienza(op): 2:00pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
Obaaderemi2:Three NCNC central (national) ministers were the first culprits and were summarily dismissed from the party. They were A.C.Nwapa (Igbo), EniNjoku (Igbo) and Okoi Arikpo(Ogoja). ONLY DrEndeley (Cameroun) was supportive of the tactics.Eyo Ita, the Head of Government Business in Eastern Nigeria and some of his ministers picked against the policy and were flabbergasted when the central ministers were dismissed by the party. Of course, when the party asked them to resign, they equally rebelled against the party and refused to comply. They became known as ‘sit-tight ministers’. Amongst them wereEyoIta (Ibibio),E.I.Oli (Igbo), S.J.Una (Ogoja), R.I.Uzoma (Igbo), S.W.Ubani-Ukoma (Igbo) and S.J.Koripoma (Ijaw). Those who complied with party directive and resigned were Dr.M.I.Okpara (Igbo), M.C.Awgu (Igbo) and S.T.Muna (Bamenda, Cameroun). |

| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by Obaaderemi2: 2:08pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
pazienza:Well, you are getting ahead of yourself. Eyo Ita was elected, wasn't he? He was simply a dog giving a bad name so that Zik could take over. If zik had succeeded in SW as Premier, he wouldn't have turned his attention to the East. I don't know why you think every Yoruba person support and defend Tinubu. If he comes up with a good policy I support it. If the policy is bad I don't support it. Nigeria wasn't doing well economically before Tinubu came in. It was only patched up here and there. Now those filters have been removed, we know the true condition of our economy. That's how I see it. But then Tinu is just as corrupt as the Pandora thief you support ![]() |
| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by Obaaderemi2: 2:13pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
pazienza:This doesn't prove anything. Many Yorubas did not support Awo too. And there was the Okoli Akinsanya affair in which Awo supported Akinsanya against Okoli |

| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by pazienza(op): 2:19pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
Obaaderemi2:Zik and NCNC approach would have been same whether he won in SW or not. Zik was obsessed with independence and kicking the Colonials out . Either way the point is that you can't prove that Eyo Ita sack was tribally motivated so you are resorting to deflections. Well as of 2015 when Yarribas under APC came to FG, Nigeria had the biggest economy in Africa. The Igbo headed economic team started by OBJ( a true patriot which is why you tribalists hate him) and continued by GEJ ensured that. But Yarribas inherited the economy under APC while Buhari ran the government and as always, you ruined it all. And when you inherited the politics too in 2023, your full looting spree and lack of accountability were unleashed. Nigerians can now see how incompetent a bunch you are in terms of management of scarce resources. You basically ruined Nigeria and you try to save face by claiming that Obi wouldn't have done better. But Obi isn't in power, you are in power, you have been since 2015, you wanted Igbos out and in the shadows and you achieved it since 2015, and we have seen how you ran Nigeria into abyss while still blaming Igbos, how much pathetic can you lots be? Show shame and remorse atleast, you can't be that heartless. |
| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by pazienza(op): 2:21pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
Obaaderemi2:It means something. Eyo Ita wasn't the only one that was asked to resign. Everyone else, Igbo and non Igbo were asked to resign. It wasn't an Igbo stuff, it was a party policy stuff, personal sacrifice for the good of all. |
| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by Lifestone(m): 2:49pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
Yourbaslayer:Typical of Igbos, arrogant and Chest beating. I'm not surprised, reasons why you people are completely without friends and allies in the current Nigeria. You insults everyone who do not share your views, especially those who knows more than you. |
| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by Ritchiee: 2:49pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
Buccalcavity2:Igbos are really a case to themselves. A largely tribalistic Igbo people pushed Eyo Ita out for their chief tribalist..Zik to become the premier and there was nothing bad in that but in the SW where Awolowo defeated Zik narrowly,Yorubas were tribalistic even when a large number gave their votes to a chronic tribalist like Zik to be the premier of the Yorubas. Igbo people cannot change from being backstabbers, betrayers and chronic hypocrites. Their chronic betrayal tendency is what made the Hausa/fulani and others wary and stay aloof from them. lol Yorubas are just waking up to Igbos' chameleonism. |
| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by pazienza(op): 3:06pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
Ritchiee:In this Eastern region where Igbos were the majority, Eyo Ita was the leader of the government and Obong Calabar was the head of the house of chiefs ahead of Igbo noble kings like Eze Aro, Eze Nri and Obi of Onitsha. Can we see anything resembling the above that you did for Midwest minorities? Was Oba Bini not relegated to second class chief in western house of chiefs? You will never be half of a people the Igbos are when it comes to fairness, equity, justice and strife to carry everyone along. Ndiigbo were tried before Willink commission and was found innocent of all the charges Minorities brought against us, because we are a fair people that uphold fairness. But Yarribas were indicted by Willink commission report of the western region, you were found guilty of marginalising minorities for real and not just mere allegations. Look at the kind of nepotistic government Tinubu is running at FG level, then imagine what you lots did in the Western region before the Minorities left. E no go ever better for people like you. |
| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by Ritchiee: 3:24pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
pazienza:Even as everybody knew that that Willink commission was influenced by Azikiwe who was the most vocal and powerful politician then. Why would the minorities say that Igbos are devils in sheep clothings if they were fair to them? Why are they so much afraid of the evils they know Igbos can unleash on them. All these lies and half truths have turned Igbos to the 4th class citizens they have become. They can only become first class if they are truthful, not evil, shun betrayals and live righteously. |

pazienza:Biggest economy buoyed up by debts and subsidies. Nigeria was borrowing to pay salaries under okonjo iwealla. Not to mention printing of naira insanely. If subsidy wasn't removed, how could Nigeria have coped now that oil prices have fallen below the $75 benchmark used to set the budget? We would have been in deep shit by now. Or maybe you were satisfied with the wide disparity between official rate and black market rate for dollars? Nigeria's economy had been bad before Tinubu. We weren't producing much for a country of 200m. We were heading towards another Lebanon. Maybe you would have preferred that We saw the best of Obi in tiny Anambra and how you eboes were cursing him. ABI do you want me to direct you to the thread? I know all these your rants will eventually lead to you stating clearly what your purpose is, which is your anti-yoruba mentality. |
| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by pazienza(op): 3:52pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
Obaaderemi2:These are lies you wicked Yarribas tell yourselves. Nigeria has even gone on to borrow more than it did under PDP in this evil APC Yarribas led era, yet all the borrowing were not for the masses but for Tinubu and gang to reloot. Every country borrow, so nothing is wrong with borrowing, but what is the borrowed money used for? You borrowed, cut off the only thing the citizens enjoy which is fuel subsidy, yet you crashed the economy and impoverished everyone while you loot endlessly. But as always you are obsessed with Igbo and Peter Obi who isn't in power. Are you for real? You wrecked a 500 billion GDP economy and your excuse is what? Peter Obi and Ndiigbo? |
| Re: Eyo Ita Saga Revisited: Zik And Igbo Innocence by Obaaderemi2: 4:37pm On Apr 13, 2025 |
pazienza:Borrowing to pay subsidies and salaries? No wonder Okonjo under Jonathan and Emefiele under buhari put us where we are today. We were using 95% of revenue to offset debts and you are here talking about a phantom GDP. Nobody is obsessed with eboes. You opened this thread to display your anti Yoruba mentality. What's my business with Obi? He isn't the president, not even by a long chalk. If I have any business with any politicians work today, it's Tinubu. |

ajailer:Is not our fault that you people don't have a place called home. That's why everyone of you is from Lagos. You people don't have a village because it doesn't exist. Even if it exists, it is worst than the core villages in the core north. Declare odudwa Republic first. Then everyone will take you serious. Because, you can't eat your cake and have it. |
