If you turn on Fox they keep talking about California, New York and Chicago nonstop. Maybe to distract them from how crappy their own states are.

The problem is that we still have way too much magats in California. Wish they could all hasten their departure. If they all left, watch whatever is holding the state back disappear. And we are doing amazing Inspite of them being the cogs in the wheels.

I went to work in rural California a while ago and one of the nurses there who has a bachelors degree in nursing (meaning she had to have passed anatomy & physiology, microbiology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, pathophysiology) to name but a few relevant courses, looked me in the face and told me the left is promoting abortion of babies after they are born. And that Trump will stop all that.

I asked her to walk me through the process of medically aborting a 3 month old infant who has already been discharged from the hospital and now lives with their parents. The classic vacant stare that came over her face was one I’d seen one too many times. That’s the vacuousness we’re dealing with here.

It’s what their programed response from their right wing echo chambers are.

If you watch or listen to right wing media, you can actually see where they pick up their talking points word for word from. That’s why they usually have nothing to say in defense of their leader when he has some new harebrained antics until they report to their indoctrination class and pick up the word of the day.

Where conservatives have a slightly larger amygdala which is the primitive part of the brain responsible for fear and negative emotions. And liberals tended to have more gray matter which helps with forming empathy and connections.

Without extensive and continuous replication of this study, I don’t know that I’d cite in a professional work. It could very well be outdated. And I don’t think it takes into account people who switch sides as it suits them.

But it does ring a few bells if you wonder too much why you can’t convince a conservative to care about anything other than themselves.
