Or you could put the rice in to cook on the other side only after the stew is half way done. People who like to bake use similar approach when baking in the same oven different items requiring different bake times to save on energy . 🤔

Plenty stages dey for cooking soup or stew. Boiling meat, frying meat, frying sauce, adding the meat and stock, seasoning......all the while rice dey one side dey release steam.

So, you take out the stew, right? Then, what do you cook in the empty compartment after removing the stew? How do you even empty one compartment while the other is still cooking?
