There can be an argument to be made that there is a need for reform in this area.
But the problem with Republicans, is that this is all they did during Biden. They chose certain districts to file cases because they knew they would get favorable rulings. Like the Mifepristone ruling.

They can pass a law to streamline the process so some cases get to the Supreme Court sooner, but they don't want that either as they know they'll lose on most of that.
I never understood the argument that these Federal cases should only affect the districts where the cases are filed.

But, history will judge them harshly.

Off my head , the Supreme Court ruled against Boasberg that any injuction is tied to a judges jurisdiction. Which meant the gangbanger should have sought relief in Texas not judge shopping in Washington DC.
