Going to court is far better than spreading online hate and propaganda against them because those actions lead to acts of extreme violence and harm against them. Go on front page and read about the one that was killed in a gruesome manner. And that’s not the first such incident.

It’s not uncommon to read about acts of extreme cruelty and violence against their community all fueled by the vitriol. And then you have people on there justifying the brutality. When you call them out, they label you LGBTQ champion. Sorry you are unable to separate not liking a person’s lifestyle from speaking against those wishing them harm.

Going to court is classy, it’s a civilized approach. That’s what anti LGBTQ people should’ve been doing this whole time. Instead of cultivating a culture of hate that leads to violence against them.

What is equalities act 2010?
The Equality Act 2010 legally protects people from discrimination in the workplace and in wider society.
So Supreme Court is saying trans are not protected by the act.

White Americans will never scrutinize Republicans the way they scrutinize Democrats that's why Democrats cannot say mean things because they get to suffer the political consequences because they haven't won a majority of White support since they passed the Voting and Civil Rights Acts. With apologies, but this is not true. If you discriminate in employment against a transgender person, you are violating the Equality Act 2010. It is illegal under the act to refuse to hire a transgender because of their transgenderism, and you'd be sacked for violating the Equality Act 2010 if you abuse a transgender colleague at work.

Stating you do not want to be treated by a transgender person is however not discriminating against a transgender person, same as not wanting to be treated by a woman or man is not discriminating against men or women. You can't however say you don't want to be served in a restaurant by a transgender person. If you do, the restauranteur will likely ask you to leave without being served because the transgender can sue the employer for discrimination.

Do note there's also hate crimes. If you abuse a transgender on the street because of their transgenderism, you'd be committing a hate crime similar to abusing a white person because of their whiteness or a hijab wearing woman because of her hijab.

I think that govts sincerely is not handling this lgbt stuff well hence the public outcry and disdain.

Females have automatically become a protected characteristics which ought not be that way.

For example, in locker rooms to show fairness and Equality, get a locker room for them. They are literally forcing them into women space and we can see most of the repercussions. Anybody can claim anything and automatically lopped with women who they can take advantage of.

You want to participate in sports, do that on with your own and not women.
Just don't crawl on a woman's space. That is what I think that the Supreme Court considered as being unfair.
Another examples, in some unis here, there are so many foreigners and schools will automatically shut down when they stop coming in. Those foreigners might not care about lgbt as long as they don't crowd their space. The moment they start doing that, that is the end of educational tourism which no western govt will want cos the students will stop applying. Schools in the west are open today cos of international students.
It's one thing to push an agenda, then again, think about others while doing that else it's selfishness.

Uk has gender recognition act since 2004 and systematically creating awareness for the public but what is happening in America emboldened these guys to start going all out like in America.
The same with Thailand. Though called gay capital of the world and there is no thai drama gay will not be recognised. They created awareness for centuries. Lgbt gained unofficial recognision in Thailand since 14th century and it's only this year same sex marriage was signed into law. Those going to Thailand to marry these past yrs must have thought differently. They must have thought it was elderorado. This was a fight fought for since centuries ago. Majority if not all thai people accepted them before they were officially recognised. The west is literally new in this and they want to run before crawling. And here we are. They have not yet started. Also,thailand didnt force other countries to join them like america is doing.

I studied Thai gay community cos I was fascinated by that when I started watching Thai lakorn. The gay community in Thailand is so different from what we see in the west. So opposite. Uk is even calm and cool but America with their gra gra spoiled everything.

I never have a problem with trans people. They however should keep off female only areas like washrooms, saunas, locker rooms and sports.
There was a trans who impregnated female inmates, not that the women complained but twas plain idiocy allowing guys in female prisons . This is still going on.
There are trans who fail at the men's sports and switch to females easily defeating them. A volleyball player was spiked on the head by a trans, she was diagnosed with neurological impairments such as a concussion, vision problems, partial paralysis to the right side of her body and various "blank spaces" that she'll never remember, as per her statement. She also lost the ability to drive for several months and needed help with schoolwork as she couldn't retain information like before.

How is that not insanity,allowing such cases.
Never forget Democrats are causing chaos about a single MS-13 member sent back to his country .

Yes, that is paining people so much. And females who should stand up for their fellow females are actually the ones encouraging this. This is where feminism should have had a voice and gain more members but they left feminist ideologies and became woke in the hands of politicians.

The speed with which this started gaining momentum in schools around me especially primary was alarming. Kudos to whoever that will explain that simple biology to kids.
