There are some states in Nigeria that I can never relocate to, no matter how cheap the cost of living is. Kebbi is one of them.
Why, if I may ask?

I don't know what his reason(s) may be, but if I would post such content, it would be primarily to encourage Nigerians to embrace farming. Commodities are quite affordable in the North due to the agrarian culture therein. If those in the South can embrace such( with the exception of States like Bayelsa, where the lands have been heavily polluted by crude mining), I believe we won't even need to move foodstuffs from North to South.

Farmers dey cash out for south o. All those will be up to 10k in Lagos
The same price in Lagos. That’s the same quantity and price for sweet potatoes. The same for that pepper viewed. Everyone can check it out.

Farmers have moved in for potatoes now. They are planting now or almost done. However I expect potatoes to be more expensive later in the year.

Note that yams will be costlier this year. Yam seedlings became more than expensive at the end of last year. Seedlings cost between 300 and 500 each. For those who purchased 1000 seedlings, they spent between 300k and 500k. If all the costs are imputed yams should be more expensive this year.

Na publicity him dey do.
To paint a picture that things are cheap in Kebbi, which is not completely true.

Before, they had very good electricity supply. Also abundance of NGO and other opportunities.
But now, Kebbi is in a sordid state. Terribly poor epileptic electricity, extremely hot weather, poor social life, expensive accomodation courtesy of the indigenous people who keeps skyrocketing prices of accomodation, just to mention a few. Alot of problems now including insecurity.

But things are cheaper at Zuru, which is still kebbi State. It all depends on your location in kebbi State.

South doesn't have good climate for cultivating major crops, thats why the North is the headquarters of food, because of its perfect seasons and geography!

Potatoes? Try fried beans and potatoes. Fried the beans and boil the potatoes. Report back with the results.
