Even same Doctor do slumped and die! Death will always looks for perfect way to strike! So those died when slumped not really die due to the health issue but because the time is up as it was decreed by the creator.

Problem is, we Africans tends to ignore the signs and just dismiss it as normal discomfort.
But in this case we are not sure if that's what killed him yet.

You're right about that. We tend to overlook those sign when they show up, infact anybody with HBP should ALWAYS in capital letter listen to his body especially during stressful activities including sex.

I saw some people saying cardiac arrest, I doubt it. From experience, when he called for water, I had a flashback to when I also almost passed out. I didn't care that I was on the road, I sat on the floor, and almost lay down sef. It was late and people weren't much passing the road. I called my friend on the phone to please bring water. He rushed down, and after I drank like two pure water, I felt much better. It got bad again after and I had to be hospitalised for 3 weeks, but I didn't die.

This man's case might be diabetic complications..Probably high blood sugar. Taking a lot of water always helps, before you find a permanent solution.

It can also be a case of upper GI bleeding caused by ulcer. Water also helps temporarily, before you get rushed to the hospital.

I believe he had laid down or sat down and taking water on time, he would have felt better for a while...long enough to be rushed to the hospital

Yes I noticed that he requested for water shortly before collapsing. Sudden thirst could be a sign of high blood sugar level or dehydration.

Dehydration can easily kill as well, I do notice at time when I wake up from sleep and move to restroom to wee I we have to rushed back for water in second.

CPR can and does revive. It's literally saved millions of people.

One of the mistakes we make in Nigeria is assuming that when someone falls down and collapses, they have died especially if they stop moving.

No one dies that quickly even people shot at firing squads live for another 1 to 10 minutes.

That man wasn't dead when he fell down especially since he didn't hit his head as people held him.

I don't know what happened after the brief video, but I believe CPR if given could have saved or prolonged his life.

Exactly. He should have sat down, or even lay down sef. I remember when I had internal bleeding and at the hospital, I was vomiting blood...after vomiting, I wanted to lay down, and the nurse was mandating me to sit up. Omo! If you see how the doctor shouted at her ehn! He was like, you want the man to die. He made me lay down flat, and I felt much better.

The man told the wife to bring water for him.
