It is a controversial matter, because I believe Judges should take decisions base on evidence in their front, but we all know the law maker defected, sang a mandate song , publish their defection letters with affidavit. The question we should ask now , can we say the Supreme Court Judges were influence to look beyond the matter in their front. If they say the house only has the right to sanction the japaian law makers, the house did. If there's a tsunami of Japaian or Portorian , it doesn't change the fact. But what is needed now is peace and compromise. Obviously someone shook the container of red and black ants.

It was the ACTIONS of people like Falana,Gani Fawehinmi and others that brought this DEMOCRACY and small HUMAN RIGHTS some of you are enjoying today....especially the clueless childish ones on social media...hope you are not one of them.

Falana brought Nigeria to this Manageable level of socio-economic and political civilisation.

Politically Nigeria used to be Worse than Sudan and Somalia during the Military era;

People....activists,journalist,Polticians were being killed or imprisoned for their views against the tyranny of the millitary;Ordinary civilians were being brutalised,flogged,kicked and maimed for even only not saying "Hi" to a soldier on the road;

unbriddled corruption,profligacy and debauchery was the culture.

But Falana and co came to our rescue.Today Tinubu and Wike are benefitting from Falana's sweat.

I'll forgive you if you're a KID who doesn't know Falana. But if you truly know Falana and what he means to ordinary Nigerians since forty years ago...but chosse now to attack him because he maintains his TRUTHFUL position on things...which doesn't sit well with the DEMONS in you.... then you need to be UNSHACKLED from those demons; for the demons are trying you and Nigeria down!!

Atleast someone talks on TV, how do we grow if we don't take any step, stop castigating those that are trying

That's what the court relied on

Even Saraki is a trained Medical Doctor but we have never heard one day that he even practiced.

There are many of them who did not even practiced or even contributed to the betterment of their profession to others.
But Wike who is not a practicing lawyer has done much much for his profession.

You can even check even those who were made commissioners based on their fields of study or profession in their States but there's nothing to say about them.

A medical doctor has been made Minister of Health and even at State levels as Commissioners severally but we have not seen any major changes and meaningful improvements to that sector .....

There's little difference between Falana and Wike at this point. Falana is no longer a lawyer given an honest legal opinion, he's now a political lawyer always trying to twist issues to suit his political intent.
I have lost respect for this man. He might as well just go and contest for political office.

Falana was right here because the case of defection of 27 law makers was not before the supreme court. This case was pending before a federal high court in Port Harcourt. Nonetheless, the SC had t give ruling on the defection of these law makers
