JAMB needs to have a serious rethink. The country is too hot for all these posting. Besides, why should 16 year olds have to travel before writing exams by 6:30am?

Naija is just complicated
I agree. JAMB is not necessary. Just milking students yearly. Why not go back the way it was before. While you're in high school you write to Unis with your results and WAEC certification, then school do their verification and assign you to courses.

Imagine traveling to another unsafe space to sit for jamb and you computer has a glitch that day

Pure nonsense from you

Enter the wrong bus for almost 72 hours
Send a message to her people that she think she is been kidnapped and might have entered car with criminal minded people

What about her phone, maybe that mistakenly entered wrong hand of the kidnappers
Lol and the kidnapper left her alone without taking any dime...

No police rescue nothing nothing.

Doz kidnapper must be so friendly...

You are so worried about 16yrs old travelling one day for jamb ... how about going into unversity life alone .. no father no mother around

I think govt have to review age for university applicant, this children tew small plus dem be Genz dey no rugged like previous generation

People should be able to do CBT from their home. Jamb should work on this. They don't necessarily have to go to CBT centres.

The problem of under age children been pushed to the university.

JAMB is outdated and over ratted.

How many advance countries in the world still write a Joint Matriculation Exams to gain admission into their Universities?

Nigerian system is ingrained with suffering. We believe that life must be suffered through.

It's already day break at 6:30a.m in Lagos. As a matter of fact, you are already in thick bumper-to-bumper hold up traffic on 3rd Mainland bridge at that time on some days of the week sef.

6:30a.m is fine but much older relatives can accompany them. It's no big deal. Only lazy people have issues with meeting very important genuine appointments at any time of the day.
6:30am is too early for children that are traversing a long distance, boss

It's like saying that adults should report for work by 6:30am. It makes zero sense.

I agree that the education system needs modifications and reforms however JAMB still has its uses in filtering the number of students seeking admission.
