AdeGbuyi20:Ghana doesn't really count - especially as you don't need a visa to Ghana. You can try Dubai, Qatar or any Asian Country to start with. UK and US are also very fixated on travel history (US was not in the past but lately, it appears that they are). I believe someone has already advised you on how to prove your ties to Nigeria. |

Once again, I am asking. Does one have to do C of O for their properties when applying for Schengen visa or the Deed of Assignment is sufficient? |

Thank you so much for your this. I will be appealing as you've advised via email and use in reapplying, while searching I found this email. "Webmestre.france-visas@diplomatie.gouv.fr" is this the right mail? I have been going through this forum to see a format of such letter in guiding me. I will also be getting the recommendation from the lawyer/police. Thank you so much. hunee: |

Hi everyone I'm having a bit of a confusion. The company I'm working for, I started there in September 2022 but it was in October 2023 the company did it's CAC registration. Will this raise any concern when I submit my employment letter dated 2022 while the CAC certificate was issued in 2023? |

Dorker:1. As a first timer, don't book for May - July since that's peak summer time and tourist from 1st world countries will also be going to France. The problem here is the visa officers will be swarmed with applications both of other first timers and experienced travelers. And they will likely just grant experienced travelers without much checking but will look into a first timer's application more closely. 2. I can't say about that but if you prepare your documents accurately, either option is fine. In fact, I'll prefer the vacation. Of course, if your bank statement and other documents qualify for vacation. 3. The visa officer will likely not even know about the conference so they won't care whether it's paid or free. At most, they might just email the organizers to confirm if you're actually on their list of attendees. But I'll lean more into a paid conference since that means there'll be less people applying for such conference so if/when the visa officer contacts the organizers about you, they will get a quicker confirmation. 4. Yes, you can pick any conference on anywhere. This is the best site I know for finding conferences 10times dot com (there you can filter by industry/discipline/month/country etc). But I'll advise that whatever conference you want to choose, make sure it's related to your field of study/work/business. For example, if you have a logistics business and you say you want to attend a conference in Fisheries, it will look fishy unless you can explain how that will contribute to your logistics business or vice versa. 5. It's possible to visit any other Schengen country from France provided you did not overstay in the Schengen zone. The general rule of thumb is to enter the Schengen zone via the country that issued you visa (so you can get the country's entry stamp on your passport), spend the most days in the visa issue country, and if you can exit via the visa issuing country. However, for a first timer, it's advisable to not state that you're planning to visit other countries. Keep your cover letter and itinerary to a single country then when you get the visa, you can go wherever you want as far you keep in mind the general rule of thumb. |

Is there anyone in France who can show my parents around during their 1 week vacation in France. I am happy to pay some money. I will not be traveling with them and they are elderly. |
