Where does it state that you need to have personal relationships with Jesus Christ? Presumably, you practice sola scriptura.
In any case, how more personal does a catholic need to get than eating the actual body and drinking the blood of Jesus Christ.
Do you eat the body and drink the blood of Christ?
yes I eat the body and drink His blood as recommended by Him.

it is written "I am the way, the truth and the life, NO ONE comes to the Father except by me. John 14:6.....do you know this verse in the bible if you have read one?

not by the pope or virgin mary, or saint peter.

Please don't confuse people, you can read history and know why King Henry the Eight formed Anglican Church and not because of what you just wrote.

He wanted an additional wife which d church refused to wed. He had a legally married wife which d pope wedded. Now seeking another while d first is still legal and not put off. The pope refused to weld so he seek Luther King while a seminarian to form an Anglican Church. In Anglican d head is d king fellowed by ache bishop

I agree with you but King Henry's major intent for breaking away from the chair of St. Peter was because the church refused to anul his marriage to Queen Catherine of Aragon. Catherine had only a daughter, Mary. And Henry was looking forward to a male heir or possibly he was already wiring Anne Boleyn's kpe*us and na that one fit sweet am pass. The local Church and Rome said no in defense of the sacrament of Marriage. Next thing, Henry declared himself head of the Church of England breaking away from a 1,500 years of apostolic line of succession (the papacy traces it's lineage directly to the apostles of Christ Simon Peter, Linus et al, till the late Pope Francis). Na there problem start for Christianity.. Even the great western Schism or the 1054 A. D split of the east and west didn't cause same damage as The Anglican rebellion(protest) caused. Not even his contemporary Luther had Same negative impact as the damage Henry caused... Till date we are still reaping that menace ... The birth of Pentecostalism came in the 19th century(est.) all tracing their roots to Anglicanism... Today starting a movement and labelling it a church is as easy as A, B , C.
See Nigeria with all the fake churches everywhere. Everybody is now a daddy G. O. Claiming the holy Spirit inspired them... So who inspired King Henry? Or who inspired all those in the line of breaking away that later formed that church blasting speakers behind your house shouting, die! Die! Die!huh?

Na wah!

Good to know that you believe the bread and wine become the actual body and blood of Christ after consecration as opposed to differing beliefs among protestants. Although, taking the eucharist is not a mere recommendation but central to our Christianity - John 6:51-58 and 1 Corinthians 11:23-26

You really think the Catholic church doesn't believe that Jesus is the way, the truth and life?!! The fact is we also profess the communion of saints, as stated in the Apostles’ Creed. This isn’t something that takes away from Christ’s role as the one mediator. Rather, it highlights how we are all united in Him (living and dead) because God is the God of the living. The early Church clearly believed in this spiritual unity and we see the saints in heaven offering prayers before God (Revelation 5:8; 8:3-4). The pope is the head of the catholic church on earth just as any organisation would require a head.

Christianity was never set up as a personal relationship thing, it’s always been communal. Acts 2:42-47 ,1 Cor 12:12-27 show the Church as a united Body. Jesus didn’t come to start millions of individual relationships, He came to build His Church a living, spiritual family where we grow together in Him.

Your arguments have been debunked many centuries ago and are nothing new.

Jer 33:3 says call upon me and I will answer and show thee great and mighty things which you don't know (about his purpose, your life, his will).
This is a call for personal relationship I was referring to.
my experience will be quite different from another but we all bound together in sonship and coheirs with Christ.

I'm not talking about going to church with congregation and clapping hands and sing and taking communion(that is a different matter).

You are a bit economical with the truth, PIA isn't what just affect the Delta but the whole country at large. It's an ACT of the national Assembly not an act that requires the decisions of the lawmakers of the N.Delta so him wielding influence in his region automatically can influence the decision if lawmakers in his area if influence and not necessarily having direct influence on the Delta.

From your premise a Rivers man like Wike who wields influence in a lot of lawmakers in the south south will then be said to wield influence in the north if he tells his loyalists to prevail on certain bills that directly affects the north, mind you other persons from different parts of the country did same. That is how sultan can be classified, as for any influence here he has no direct influence on this region

Wike will rather pander to the north
When VAT was being discussed in NASS, why didn't Wike come out to tell his lawmakers to support the VAT issue?
The sultan came out and asked for PIA to cover certain things and it happened. PIA governs oil industry. Is oil industry in the north or niger delta

Well, I get your perspective although I'll point out that 'personal relationship with Jesus' is a novel phrase of less than a 100 years. Relationship with Christ has always been in the context of the church notwithstanding each person's connection to Christ.
