No state in Nigeria will ever compare directly with Lagos or Abuja, no matter how much efforts the governor puts in.

It's basically like comparing Apples to Yams.

In South Africa, you don't compare Johannesburg with Soweto.

He used to ask; "are we the cause or are we cursed? Obi is now the curse. . This clowns 8 years in office have brought nothing inventive or spectacular to that state. In fact his last minute contract awards and construction works over the last few months might be more effective than whatever he did in the past 7 years. It makes you wonder what he has been doing with the states resources these past years. From day 1, he was banking with Fidelity bank! How can a state chief executive channel the state funds to his bank with a straight face and still rant endlessly about fighting corruption? Is there no clash of interest there? How can a man be so totally selfish in the way he runs a state? Now he is going to put his "nwa boy" there ala Obasanjo and Andy Ubah. This wont happen in Imo state. All the former governors of Imo tried stuff like this and were all forced to eat the humble pie. Anambra people should make his last days in office very painful.

A big relief that Obi in all his 8 solid yeas at Awka never tried biulding a big stuff like this, .. Obi left Anambra with no solid structure that can make qnybody remember him say 8 years from now.. None, and this has nothing to do with meager resources, it is all about keeping the cash in his bank while awarding contracts for the contruction of eyesores like the onitsha stadium etc; A very dirty man who never biult any closed drainage system in the whole state throughout his tenure..., just pour some black stuff on the red soil and dig open gutters by the two sides and you have it..., Obis world class roads. Nothing pointedly creative about this executive daft who ironically boasts of some of the best well organised businesses in the country. When he constructs for himself, it is worldclass, but when it comes to doing that for the state, it is mediocer, . He would have given you guys a pig farm for an airport

Ngige is 100% correct going by my assessment. I stopped talking about Peter Obi because some gullible Anambrians fell for the trap of his paid internet agents of seeing Peter Obi's critics as enemies of Anambra. I've been opportuned to discuss one on one with Ngige and he is a real man that loves Nigeria and Igboland. He is not a tribalist like Peter Obi and his goons and his achievements still speaks volumes 7 years later. Soludo is another great nationalist.

One of the most criticised governor. He is operating in a very dirty and unpresentable state capital - blocked drainage system, poor environs. Step into Awka,you'll weep!

Abagworo:
Peter Obi is a tribalist because when his budget was criticized by El-Rufai he twisted it to Igbo vs Hausa/Fulani rather than countering El-Rufai's points. Chino his Nairaland paid agent also does the same thing by attacking individuals instead of defending his "Oga at the top".

For those who did not know, Orient petroleum and oil exploration is Mbadinuju's legacy but Chino has been blowing it out of proportion like its Peter Obi's.
