I want to avoid a ban because I just came back from one, hence I'm not posting the email here. Please note that if you don't have the means to fill the form in soft copy, you can print in color or black and white, it's acceptable. |

Taal17:To best of my knowledge, it does not ask for that. Hope you using the right link |
| Re: Mutual Funds by bassdow: 7:59pm On Apr 27, 2025 |
Adadajiki909:Just give them a Voice call via their GSM number. Sending them eMail is a Hit / Miss. Just ensure you only call them during Business days and between 8am to 3:58pm, Anything from 4pm, they won't pick. |

iamrichiefola:I am not here to discourage anyOne BUT please, kindly note that all MMF providers are not equal. You want to invest with those who have proven to not just be safe, but reliable and that includes timely attendance to issues. Would suggest you leave GT Fund Manager alone for now. there are others to focus on. Just my suggestion sha. |

emmasoft:Why do you classify eurobonds as moderate risk instead of low? Since bonds are low risk investment |
| Re: Mutual Funds by Taal17: 1:16am On Apr 28, 2025 |
bassdow:That's what I said. But I showed him screenshots and he confirmed that's what he saw then he was asked for referral code. I used the link on stanbicibtcassetmanagement site |

Taal17:don’t stress yourself . It’s correct . Stanbic now uses blunest to register new customers to make it easy and secure. In the blunest Stanbic website, there is referral option . But if you register directly from Stanbic and not blunest , there is no referral option . So in conclusion, it’s very SAFE |

emmaodet:Please note that Eurobonds have some element of risk. It's not exactly like the money market fund, which always falls under the low-risk investment. Why are Eurobonds considered medium risk? 1. Issuer Risk. Particularly, bonds not issued by the government ie issued by corporate bodies, are riskier. The credit worthies ie, the ability to meet the financial obligations, vary from issuer to issuer. There is the possibility of a default in the return payment. 2. Liquidity. Some bonds may be illiquid, especially the ones issued by smaller bodies. Illiquidity could make a bond difficult to sell at a reasonable price. 3. Price-based. Market forces control Eurobonds; the price may fall below the initial issued price or market value. Interest and price are always inversely proportional. 4. There could be foreign exchange risk with eurobonds because they are always issued in a currency different from the local currency of the issuer's country. Check all through the industry, you will discover that all mutual funds that have Bonds as underlying assets always fall under medium risk investment |

Is there a website where someone can view MMF rates regularly, either daily or monthly? These rates seem less accessible than stock prices, and I'm not sure why. |

emmasoft:Thank you for your response but you fail to answer the rate of the interest and if the interest yield is daily weekly or monthly. |
| Re: Mutual Funds by emmasoft(m): 1:02pm On Apr 29, 2025 |
Oyindamolah:The rate is 9.82% as of today, and interest is paid quarterly as already stated. Note that all government-controlled investment rates are per annum; it's only prorated based on the product. |

Hello All Please anyone who funds their money market account through GTB, kindly let me know how. I am unable to add both norrenberger and stanbic ibtc as beneficiaries in order to transfer money to my money market account through my GTB online banking. After typing the correct UBA account number, and selecting UBA as beneficiary bank, then upon clicking to generate beneficiary name, it returns error message saying "unable to retrieve account name". Any one who has experienced this? |

emmasoft:I have a question, I live abroad and you hardly see bonds that give above 5%. So I am wondering why? Is it now safer to save money through this particular dollar MMF rather than conventionally saving or investing abroad. How come they make more money and roi is more than bonds themself in Europe? |
