For it to be used to sell shawarma in another country, it must be bulk quantity of used or unused paper sold to some scap dealer by someone official, who then sold it to buyers in Niger of which retailers ie that shawarma seller must have bought some to use for his business.

I have just one question for Umar that order the shawarma, daily trust newspaper and Touch N follow girl that brought the new here. Why is the document that has pass through many hands and supposed to be squeezed by now is still very fresh?

Generally, the judiciary is a mess all through.
The clerks have no ideal about document protection.
Proper handling and shredding/burning of out-of-use documents would ensure sensitive documents don't get to the wrong hand.

Me that tried to sell shredding machines to some government establishments here. Believe it or not, they didn’t buy. They were even reprimanding me, asking why they should buy the machines
