Very true, that's why when a leader create and build an organization he needs to be very mindful and watchful of the kind of people he brings into the organization so as to create a good image and reputation for it that even when he's not more there the legacy will go on but when you employ anyhow people and you are not checking on them on their duties they will create a way for them to benefit their own selfish interest which will cause little problems and discontinuity and then into large problem in which it will create a bad name for the entity in the public eye, and the public or will start doubting his/her capability even if he switch to a different organization or create newol one it will take some time before he regain the people's trust again.

So why is he still dragging the national chairman position when his tenure has expired . even the illegal national convention that Abure organized which reelected Abure as national chairman was a charade..top officials of labour party were not present in that national convention..he just organized an illegal secret national convention even INEC was not present in the national convention

The SC should stop delivering inchoate judgements in order to avoid these kinds of situation. Why should a ruling be so unnecessarily bogus, ambiguous, amorphous and confusing? Kill it and share it between two of you", without specifying who'll take the head.

If that is easy as you claimed why can't Obi build his party Instead of dragging party structure with those that owned it for so long when obi was jumping from one political party from one to another?
