How is surrogacy slavery, prostitution and exploitation of a woman's body?
Are you even aware that most surrogacy don't have sexual intercourse with the donor?
Are you aware a woman's eggs can be harvested and implanted into another woman which will mean that the baby will carry the egg donor's DNA?
So how do you mean biologically the baby is the surrogate mother's.
Is any surrogate being forced to play the role?
Differing with people politically is not a licence to lose your common sense

I just did some searching on the research

Right now, there is some research going on into artificial wombs...which would be used for premature babies. So far there is success in animal models, but scaling up to humans is a complicated matter.

No research into a womb that can carry a baby from zygote to term yet. Like I said , that's decades in the future

My issues with surrogacy date back two decades. Something I think about since I do work in medicine and am also interested in science fiction and futurology

Don't mix it up. If it's the egg and sperm of the intended couple, regardless of the vessel, that's IVF but if the vessel provides her egg, that's surrogacy. Sorry but that's the reality.

Your assertion is not completely true.

In surrogacy. The eggs or sperm can come from an intending parents or a donor.
But after fertilisation, another woman different from the intending parent will be implanted with the fertilised egg.

PS; it seems some folks just want to argue for the sake of it. There's a reason she's called a Surrogate Mother

They spend all their youth preaching feminism, woman power, you go girl and deceiving other women, then they get to their 40s and realize as a woman no achievement can make up for not having a child because that is what you are biologically programmed to do.

They can afford IVF, surrogacy etc. most of the women they lead astray can’t and don’t even have a man!
