If a chunk of this customers decide to give this bank a bad review on their website, do you think it'll really go well with this banks concerning it future dealings with potential investors?

Though ratings don't really work in Nigeria, but a foreign investor would have a rethink if most of your reviews are negative.

Customers and investors/partners are different thing in banking.

As long as the reputable financial institution rate a bank to be positive, investors would come. The drop in the ocean can take their money elsewhere

I can tell you for a fact that while acquisition is a crucial aspect of Banking, no bank will think twice about closing cantankerous customers accounts. My divisional head at GTB then ordered me to close an account belonging to a girl that always received fx inflows from a US Navy personnel despite the navy personnel providing sufficient evidence that she is willingly gifting the funds. This is just one of many accounts that are closed by banks without customer's input. High value accounts o not the ones containing little balance that like to brag and shout all over the place.

There are 2 aspects to this, from the emotional angle, your DV was able to understand the financial harm being done to the navy personnel and the probable problems it could cause in the future.

But on the official side, the DV instruction to you is questionable. Since all evidence were presented, the account shouldn't have been shut.
On tiktok, there is a old white lady calling herself "Mama with the big bag" making threatening posts to the Nigerian government and the EFCC on behalf of VDM.

You would be surprised what people can make whites do.
