I am not talking about the law here. I'm talking about the report that contradicts itself. The report should maintain one lane. If he is a suspect because no court of law has proven him guilty, address him as a suspect throughout the report. If he is confirmed a criminal, maintain the status throughout the report. Don't confirm him a criminal in your caption and in some paragraph and contradictorily call him a suspect in other paragraphs in the same report.

That's the normal standard police procedure they didn't witnessed the murder so has to give the accused the benefit of doubt to defend himself in court.
