Hello guys, I don't know if someone has got the following problem with Heroshe here : my package was successfully sent to their address from ebay for almost a week now but they keep saying they haven't comfirmed whether they receive the package or not. I sent them all the necessary information that shows the package was successfully delivered to them but their poor customer service keep telling they have not confirmed it yet �

wow, that is bad, what channel are you using to contact the customer service?, have you tried calling? , I think you should contact them from all channels, phone calls, internet and twitter

they ship only on Thursdays, so if you pay for your items to be shipped before 12pm on a Thursday, you should expect it to be in Lagos in 7 days (usually)
So basically I receive items every week, when there’s a hiccup in their services, I receive twice a week (the weeks shipment and the previous week’s shipment)

If you want a heart attack or want to develop nightmares then you can choose this company for your shipping service in 2024. They are so inefficient and habitually late. They can't process your parcels in 3-7 days from the Delaware warehouse for the Pro subscribers. They are very demonic to the point you could have nightmares over shipping with Heroshe. I have been a customer since 2023 and can say it in front of the CEO that she has never gotten her shipments in to Nigeria in less than 21 days for more than 6 times since the beginning of the year until date.

They are not benevolent and they don't have their customers at heart. The only good thing about Heroshe Is that they don't steal your goods and they are cheaper. I have not received a single shipment delivered to the Delaware warehouse since the 1st of July 2024- 21st July 2024. They fraudulently charge your cards and can add shipments to your dashboard.

I am currently facing hell for choosing Heroshe. I lay in my bed cursing as I type this tonight. They have starved me and cheated me of my time for glitches on their payment process and website. I have written endlessly and will share screenshots of the hell I have faced since the beginning of the month.

Here is some screenshots after 20days of needing support for the darned company reps.

It's 22nd July 2024. Today, Heroshe Is still yet to ship my parcels and a conversation with the customer service staff is all I get after this long delays.. I have shared screenshot as a follow up on the early response .

I can also inform you on the UK warehouse soon.. they processed swiftly but stay tuned on my experience if they ship prompt.

In the interim. My ordeal as a Pro subscriber is not anything good. It's a total rip off on Heroshe. The waste of time makes your subscription expire soon. If you don't mind shipping once per month for $10. Note subscription now cost $27. The service in Delaware warehouse is awful ...

30 DAYS WITH HEROSHE AND NO PARCEL

This is a follow up on my parcel 30 days after delivery to Heroshe and 9 days of my last post. The parcels are yet to arrive Nigeria as at today the 30th of July 2024.


I also mentioned earlier of a possibility for parcels not belonging to you been added to your dashboard.

In a bid to fraudulently debit my USD card , (which STRIPE can charge automatically) on behalf of the company. The Technical and accounts department added a dubious bill that increases daily .. As at today, the debt added to my dashboard is over $220.

Sequel to this post, I am adding screenshots of the pending bill to this thread. I have been speaking with the support team for 2weeks now to no avail.

I am worried am been targeted by the company and VICTIMIZED.

I can confidently let you know that, as with any "NIGERIA" Reshipper Business, there will be challenges as the business volume grows. I started using HEROSHE after a horrific nine months with ARAMEX (Rip-offs charging $100 for a $6 pack of socks) and CMW (not refunding a lost item of over $500 even after paying for shipping and delivery) . It was recommended by our usual Tech Social Media Influencers, who get paid to pitch it to millions of Nigerians. It all started well but is ending badly for me.

1: With over 200 packages I have ordered since 2023 - No Item was lost
2: Up until June 2024 - delivery times were, give or take, at least two weeks behind their promised schedule. but now it can take over 30 days
3: Processing times are much longer so confirming that your package got to their office on time does not mean they will process it on time. which adds to the longer delivery time.

My only advice is this - if your order is not urgent - use them. If you are ordering heavy equipment, Heroshe is not experienced with such. better to use shippers who handle containers

As whether to Trust them or not - I have not lost any money with them but who ever developed (developing) their platform is a GenZ/Alpha is the one I don't trust

Stay away from this shipping company if you don't want to have high blood pressure. They received my items since August but up till now they have not even shipped let alone arriving Lagos. They have been telling me all sorts of stories for almost two months now. Some of the stories are: (1) We are still processing your order, we have backlog. (2) We've not been able to secure an airline to ship out items. (3) We're moving from our Houston warehouse to our Delaware warehouse.

I'm going crazy right now, this is the first time I'm using them, I don't even know if they are genuine or fraudsters. The company has a lot of red flags. They hardly pick their calls when you call them. If you call their US line they don't even pick at all, so you have to send them emails and wait until they reply. That is not encouraging for a shipping company in possession of your items. Please somebody should help me. I have items worth over ₦3,000,000 with them and the shipment is time bound.

As of today, October 7th, the 21 items I sent to Heroshe back in August remain marked as "Packed" on my dashboard, with no confirmed shipping date. The customers I purchased these items for are now demanding refunds and issuing serious threats. Nearly two months have passed, and Heroshe is yet to provide a definitive shipping date. My stress levels are rising.

Perhaps we, the affected customers, can unite and seek a solution—possibly even pressuring Heroshe to transfer our items to another shipping company. I know of a reliable shipping company in Houston that delivers from the USA to Lagos within 10 days, and I’ve been using them since 2020. The only reason I decided to give Heroshe a trial was because of their Delaware tax-free address. Every affected persons can contact me on ecommerce39@gmail.com let's put heads together and find a solution. Xmas is around the corner and the international airport is getting busier by the day, if our items are not shipped this October we may not receive them till next year.

I know at least 2 people having problems with them. One of them shipped multiple items through them.
The ones marked Picked up in Lagos were never Picked by him. The dispute is ongoing
Another friend has items still marked Processing for over a month now.

Do you know why they moved from one State to another?

This your comment looks like you're looking for scam victims. If u have a better option why not say it here? U didn't even put a phone number probably you're avoiding NIN tracking u put email. If there is a better service say it here than directing people to ur personal email

I am willing to join a form to complain against them. But we need a strong leader here may be some influential person having connection with EFCC.

This is extremely sad to hear. I guess I was lucky I got my product before they exit scammed.
$3000 is a lot of goddam money
I'm trying to get something now and I'm just finding out their site is no more.
Their office at airport business hub is probably shut too or you can check their to find out

Use Heroshe at your own peril, they are a bunch of scammers waiting for the proper time to bail!
