leonn:will like to share a unique, profitable business idea that hasn’t been mentioned yet. Executive car rentals, specifically focused on high-end SUVs like the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and Toyota Land Cruiser. This is a business I’ve been involved in for a while now, and it’s proven to be both lucrative and sustainable, especially when targeted at corporate clients, VIPs, and high-net-worth individuals who require top-tier concierge services. WHY THIS WORKS: There’s high demand for clean, luxury SUVs among embassies, oil & gas firms, executives, and top-tier event organizers. These cars are not just vehicles they’re income generating assets that can be hired out for ₦100,000–₦150,000 per day depending on the vehicle and occasion, Unlike ride-hailing (Uber/Bolt), this is corporate-focused fewer rides, higher value, and more control. Vehicles like the Land Cruiser hold resale value exceptionally well in Nigeria’s market, meaning if it doesn’t meet expectations, resale in 6 - 12 months can still recover a good portion of the investment. The vehicle can double as a personal car when not on duty, unlike traditional retail businesses that tie down inventory. NOW HERE IS THE TWIST THAT MAKES THIS INVESTMENT MORE EFFICIENT: Instead of purchasing brand-new or locally used vehicles which can be extremely expensive we’d acquire older models of these cars and upgrade them to the latest versions. I have a trusted link to a reputable company that specializes in professional car upgrades and bodywork conversions. The result is a high-end executive vehicle that looks and feels like new but at a fraction of the cost. If it works well, we can scale from there. I’d be happy to provide more details and even show you a sample upgraded vehicle if you're interested. |

Ollyb2020 thank you for your input, but can 10m achieve this. Getting the vehicles, breaking through the market etcetera, make this guy no go think say I plan to sink his money. He is desperate to be on his feet, you know now pressure here and there why did you come back headache. Ollyb2020: |

leonn:I think a person who just relocated to Nigerian from an advanced country first needs to settle down and understand how things work in this country before talking of opening a new business. Also any new business he plans to open should be along the lines of whatever training he already has and his skillset |

leonn:I completely understand where you’re coming from. Honestly, if I was in your shoes, I’d be asking the same tough questions, nobody wants to throw money into vibes and prayers. ₦10M can definitely start smart in this space, but it’s important to manage expectations upfront. We wouldn’t be buying brand-new Land Cruisers straight out of the showroom the strategy is about acquiring clean older models, professionally upgrading them to executive standard, and targeting clients who value the service and the brand image, not just the year of the car. The real advantage here is how the business is structured: low daily mileage, high daily returns, strong resale fallback if needed. I also already have connections for the car sourcing, upgrades, and client marketing — so you wouldn’t be entering blind. It’s not zero-risk , but it’s smart, asset-backed, and scalable. If you’d like, I can privately show you a sample vehicle + a more detailed rollout plan (not for public sharing) so you can see what’s realistic in black and white. Zero pressure from my side — I’m building this with or without investors. But I believe you deserve to be on the winning side if you’re ready. Let me know if you want me to send you more details privately." |

₦10m to start an executive car hire business? Except you only want to invest into an existing one which isn't a business in the first place but more of investment, I doubt this should be the option. |

leonn:Order sacks of foodstuffs from the North and sell in the East or West. You can start with Beans and Melon. A 100kg bag of lron beans from the North will cost you not more than 110k for everything including transport. You can then sell between 125 to 135k depending on your customer base. You can sell both to wholesalers and retailers. Food business is first among equals cus Nigerians must eat food first before any other thing...indicate if you're interested so we can discuss further. Shalom. |

Tohsynetita1 tell us more, how do you mean, when you say importation? |

mainpesin:You import goods into Nigeria and sell at the price they sell it here or a bit lesser. You import from China, bring it to Nigeria, and sell, you can make millions in a month of this small business idea. For example, if you buy sweet, chewing gum, chocolate, and other varieties of cheap edible goods from China, you buy at a very cheap price there, you bring it into Nigeria and sell at a price they sell it’s type here or sell at a price little lesser to attract customers and sell faster. You just need to know the wants in your target environment. You don’t need more than that. Let me give you an example. You buy an eraser at 65 naira, and you bought 25000 pieces, 25000 times 65 naira is 1.6 million naira, 1 cbm is around 600k for sea shipping, 1 cbm is 1000 litre, half cbm will accommodate 25000 pieces of eraser, that will be 300k, 1.6 plus 300k is 2 million naira approximately, that’s for buying and logistics to Nigeria on sea. Here in Nigeria, that eraser could be sold at 400 naira each, that’s 10 million, you can lessen it and sell at 300 naira each, that’s 7.5 million, you gain 5.5 million in 2 months. Run social media ads, meet physical stores and discuss with them. Analysis of the measurement An eraser here is 3cm by 1.4cm by 0.5cm , multiply together toget volume. That’s 2.1cm cube, convert it to liter will be 0.0021 litre. If you divide 500 liter by this , you will have like 200k pieces. Which means if you have 500litre which is half cbm, you will be having like 200k pieces of eraser, so, we need something lesser, which I think 250 litre will be okay, if you use 250 litre, it will cater for everything and cost will be reduced by 150k . Mind you, you can import any type of goods, I just use this as example. And if you can’t afford like 2 million, you can try try lesser amount like 500k. You will still have your gain So, you can see you don’t need much to spend, and it doesn’t take your time to do other things.

Procashtips:Hey boss, I totally get where you’re coming from—on the surface, ₦10M might seem steep for a car hire venture. But I can assure you, this isn’t your typical 'drop-and-drive' rental gig. We’re talking high-end service, luxury vehicle upgrades, VIP clientele, and monthly income that rivals many small businesses. It’s not just about owning a car, it’s about positioning—quality, access, and consistency. That said, I don’t expect everyone to understand it just from a few tweets. If you're genuinely curious, I’d be happy to share my full proposal with you privately. You might be surprised how structured, scalable, and investor-safe it really is. And who knows—you just might see the whole industry a little differently after that. Thanks for keeping the conversation real—I'm always down to share ideas with open-minded folks. |

Procashtips:Hey bro, thanks for sharing your honest thoughts—I actually respect it. I totally get where you're coming from, and that's exactly why I put together a short proposal to break things down clearly. It shows the structure, numbers, and why this model actually works—especially when handled by someone who understands the game from the inside. I’m sending it your way just so you can take a look. No pressure at all—just figured it might offer a new angle. If after reading it, you still feel it’s not for you, I’ll respect that 100%. Either way, I appreciate you keeping it real. |

Ollyb2020:How long have you been into this business or you're just setting out? |
| Re: What Profitable Business Can 10million Naira Power by Ollyb2020(m): 2:09pm On May 10, 2025 |
Procashtips:Great question, thanks for asking. I’m just officially setting out on my own, but I’ve been deep in this business for a while. I worked within the executive car rental space under an established company in lagos , In that time, I didn’t just learn how the business runs, I built real, revenue-driving client relationships and insider knowledge of what works. I’ve served elite clients, secured corporate deals, and most importantly, I now supply bookings to others as an agent. That’s a network you can’t buy it’s earned in the field. Now, I’m building out my own operation based on that background with one vehicle to start, and scaling from there. So I’m not just experimenting I’m replicating a model I already understand inside out. Another i will like you to know is that this business model I’m starting with is intentionally lean. No rented office, no unnecessary costs. Our operations plug directly into high-traffic luxury hotel hubs like Eko Hotel, the same way even big players in the game operate. I’ll be registering with the top car rental associations that work directly with these hotels access that opens doors to daily premium clients. |

Ollyb2020:Ok, so it's more of an experience from afar thing and not what you have experienced in personal practicals. |
| Re: What Profitable Business Can 10million Naira Power by Ollyb2020(m): 11:28pm On May 10, 2025 |
Procashtips:My guy, respectfully if you think this is ‘experience from afar,’ you clearly didn’t read with sense. I’ve lived this business from the backend, built networks, and managed real clients. Not having a vehicle yet doesn’t mean I don’t know the engine inside out. Some of us move smart, not loud. Don’t downplay what you don’t understand. |
| Re: What Profitable Business Can 10million Naira Power by Procashtips(m): 8:03am On May 11, 2025 |
Ollyb2020:Really? You needed to insult me for asking serious questions people that worked hard for their monies should be asking before putting it into what they don't understand? I should stop here Good luck |
| Re: What Profitable Business Can 10million Naira Power by Ollyb2020(m): 11:07am On May 11, 2025 |
Procashtips:Nah, I didn't insult you, unless being direct and calling out short-sighted thinking now counts as an insult. But let me be clear I’m not here to babysit grown men with shallow takes. I’m building a real business, not looking for underage minds in adult bodies who panic at the sound of innovation. If you can’t grasp a well-explained model with transparency, structure, and upside potential, that’s your P to carry. I’m focused on working with mature thinkers, not keyboard analysts who mistake every new opportunity for a scam. So yeah, you can stop here. Good luck to you too. |

leonn:OP, make your guy no rush this matter. I’ve seen plenty people come back with capital, jump into one business immediately, and six months later, the whole thing don scatter because Nigeria no dey run like abroad. With ₦10M, the better move is to split the money? test smaller ventures with part of it, but keep the bigger chunk somewhere safe where it’s still growing. One angle people don’t always consider is real estate-backed investments. You don’t necessarily need to buy a whole plot or start building from scratch. Platforms like Keble allow you to co-own properties, earn from the rental income or capital appreciation, and build up until you can take full ownership. The beauty is that your money is tied to real assets like land and homes, not just paper promises, and you’re not under pressure of daily business stress while you’re still figuring out the kind of hustle you really want to commit to. That way, even if he later decides to enter food business, car rentals, or importation, at least part of his money has already been growing steadily. It gives him breathing space, instead of throwing the whole ₦10M inside one idea and hoping for luck. Na my small advice sha. Hope it makes sense to your guy. |
