This is great. I used to remember in those days when Fred will be spraying money on the road as he moved then in Igbuzor. He was the main inspiration to many fraudsters. He was and is still a father in the game. I hope the woman is still alive till this day. But the funny thing is that the money has been exhausted and the case may never be concluded in his lifetime. No be today judiciary begin do us this thing.

I don't think he decamped with the governor to APC if not, his sins would have been washed away
He will definitely now join the apc for forgiveness of sins. grin

Imagine that in 1993, dollar $1.4m 💵
was less than N30m at exchange rate of
about $1 to N20 !! 😲

Today, thanks to APC's incompetent cluelessness,
the naira equivalent is now over N2bn !!!

Stop kidding yourself child
If it took 32 years to resolve bail application what are the chances of the main trial being exhausted in the next 32 years
Anyways, all Ajudua has to do is to join APC and use just a quarter of his heist to sponsor the election of one of your darling daddies and Justice Dada will be elevated to the appellate court on the eve of final judgement. That will effectively kill the case since she won't be able to give judgement and the case file returned to the Chief Judge for reassignment. Just ask OUK grin grin
o.o you sabi this people very well, it is call apc magic.
They are very good at using the judiciary, it started in Lagos, it is now national.
That's why their government since the time of Tinubu in lagos always priorised the welfare of judges in a very very audacious manner, wike is the one in charge of abuja judiciary now, including supreme court

It will not take that much to secure conviction if guilt is proved. He’s been in and out of prison several times and I believe that he is already tired of spending so much of his time in prison.

He’s a trained lawyer, even though not practicing, but with an only good son, who did not choose his father’s ways. If he simply had some plea bargain with the Palestinians, he would not be in this same situation again. However, if he chooses the path of plea bargain and an agreement is reached, he may not spend that long period in prison. The Palestinian might be willing to agree to terms that would be affordable to him. Sadly, there’s no going back with the Supreme Court’s decision. He’s name and image have been battered in his community and his state.

Yes, the name matters. A good name is to be desired, as it is said.

He has a politician wife, who has held various positions in the state, including the state assembly member. He has his son who is said to be one of the lawyers of a world acclaimed Nigerian musician.

So when he is endlessly involved in these issues, his family faces the backlash.

That panel of Court of Appeal Justices ought to be punished. The common man on the street reading doubtless believes that they have received a bribe to deliver the perverse ruling on bail. EFCC ought to petition NJC and that is where they are still on the Bench or have not been promoted to sit on the NJC itself!

Lols, even the supreme court is no longer supreme, can't stand on her own judgement anymore.
You got it wrong!

Lower courts, such as Magistrate Courts and High Courts, have the authority to grant bail. The Supreme Court typically does not grant bail directly, but may review bail decisions made by lower courts, such as those made by the Court of Appeal.
