Odunayaw:OK. '80s,'90s and 2000s songs are far better in all ramifications than this generation songs. |

AndSunGorilla:Yes,them dey try but these Nigerian Afrobeats artistes are not just trying, they are not only gaining international recognition but they are shaping global music trend. The level of surge in global popularity Nigerian music has witnessed in the past ten years is unlike anything we have seen before in our entertainment industry. They dominate every African music awards, they win Grammy awards (a balon d'or version of music industry) year in year out. They perform in many global important events. Our football is no way near our music industry of today. Super Eagles should not be struggling to qualify for World Cup,we should be competing with the best football nation not with South Africa and Ghana, we should be playing in WC semi finals and finals,we should be dominating African football and be able to win AFCON once in while. Our players should be playing in multiple top clubs, our players in Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, PSG,Inter Milan. etc. These are what I wish our football to be. All these things are achievable with strategic planning. |

robosky02:It's not for a lack of effort that he didn't win it for them. 2 semi finals , 1 final and the psg's highest UCL goal scorer. Moving to a UCL magnet like real Madrid only made sense for someone with his ambition. Time will tell if his situation will turn out like zlatan who moved from inter to Barca and didn't win it OR he will be fortunate enough to win one or two. We await the final. |

Samuel Chuwkueze had a big game yesterday for Milan. He came on as a substitute when Milan was down by a goal to Bologna. He contributed to the three goals Milan eventually scored including providing an assist. He was massive in the game. |

Bayer Leverkusen are aware of Newcastle United's strong interest in Victor Boniface, but there have been no negotiations between the clubs so far. A €50m fee could be in line with Bayer 04's expectations though. [@PippoArens, @BILD] |
