I don't think President's are responsible for what other countries do. Their goal is to try to bring peace.
For those that for the last few years, said peace would reign when Trump was President and that he would end all wars day 1, should explain why all these wars are still raging.

But it was Trump that gave Afghanistan back to the Taliban.
It was Trump that signed the agreement without the Afghanistan leadership and started pulling troops out of Afghanistan. In fact he wanted to have the Taliban at Camp David.
I know a lot of this stuff is hard for you, but if you are so mad at what happened in Afghanistan, you should be angry with Trump.
