There is nothing like born again in the real sense, We are all Christians.

When will you keep date to the day you were converted from Islam for example, to Christianity which is more important?

Not everyone. Some children who grew up in church activities may never know at what point they got saved . Some are used of God as early as 2 years

Certainly the day God chooses any man to become part of that system such a man will know because the spirit will bear witness with the person's breath {Romans 8:16} that he or she has been chosen to rule with Christ in heaven.
So while all other faithful servants of God inherit everlasting life on earth {Psalms 37:29; Matthew 5:5} the born again Christians will never become humans again after their earthly course they will become like angels in heaven {Matthew 5:3} with no gender difference! Luke 20:34-36

So is an orphan who choose a day to celebrate their life wrong because they didn't know the real date they were born and someone offered them a different date for them to remember and thank God for.

I mean thesame Jesus who is in the trinity before the creation of man; who ruled in heaven before coming as man to die for the sin of man. the same Jesus born of Holy Spirit; free from the sin of garden; and still without any sin in him till he died and rose again.


So,
Jesus was not born again; He was baptized by John as a testimony of the one to come and testified of the Father himself through a voice from heaven and a dove which descended.
