BafanaBafana:Sam Omatseye is Tinubu's lapdog. He eats from crumbs called The Nation's Newspaper- Tinubu's foremost media propaganda paper. Sam's position tells us everything we need to know about Tinubu's thought and stand on Africa's enslavement by the French and other colonial forces. They are the pliable and malleable tools of the colonialists. |

Why are the drug barons henchmen suddenly afraid of Ibrahim Traore? If this fake activist calls Traore fake what would he call the drug baron in power? |

Of all the problems in this country? Killer kidnappers everywhere! Killer herdsmen everywhere! One can't travel long distance by road again! But all tinubu minions are interested in is to fight macron's battle by proxy. Remove the lug in your eye before removing the speck in your neighbor's eye. |

Funny i just finished reading Napoleon the Little today. But Omatseye is wrong about Napoleon III, despite overthrowing the democracy he was never overthrown by the French people, he was actually well respected by the French, he was responsible for the modernization of France, his only error was being baited into a war with Germany by Bismarck. Inasmuch as Victor Hugo is a great writer, Victor Hugo seriously underestimated Napoleon III and he overestimated French people desire for freedom over a sense of security. |

kelechiodo:He's one grumpy, misfiring, bellyaching old bloke who is stuck in the Nation's Newspaper editorial room and is obviously fed up with life, hence his rabid and delusional vituperations. He thinks he is a great writer simply because he drops quotes from literary greats not knowing he's just an ewa and bread journalist. |

The purpose of this write up cannot be far from mischief and PHD syndrome. Africans are the problems of Africa. Why not maintain a wait and see posture? |
| Re: "Phony Traore" By Sam Omatseye by treatise: 1:34pm On May 12, 2025 |
Racoon:Any writeup that emanates from The Nation newspaper and cotravellers of Tinubu would portray President Traore in bad light because president Macron of France is using Tinubu to distabilize francophone West Africa. |

lordm:Burkina faso has 24_7 electricity..yes or no....The citizens are happy about him..yes or no...can BAT or Buhari walk through Nigeria's streets without needing to hire crowds...I agree that Russia may not be too better as an ally but..they treat the leaders of African countries better than Europeans do... So pls...spare us your sermon and go tell ur democratic president to behave democratically...the important goal of any leadership style is it's impact on the welfare of the people....whether or not that comes from a dictatorship or a democracy....the world is wiser now and mere propaganda can't do what it once helped d US achieve with Ghadaffi and Hussein....we're lot wiser now..lol.. |

lordm:Is he not better than the slave that you have who is constantly kicking the ass of a French president that is an age mate of Seyi? Tinubu is selling his country and people into slavery yet tribal bigots and immoral bueggers like the old fool Sam have the temerity to write a stupid and lavish article. Traore has things to show that he is making the lives of his people better and liberating them from colonialism? Can you say the same of Tinubu? I am genuinely ashamed for people like Sam who have allowed tribalism and brown envelope journalism to take over their conscience, if he has any! What a waste of life and old age? |

nairalanda1:Will he become hero if he begins to tax his people to death. Increase school fees, charge arm and leg for hospital fees, tax Burkina Faso two months salary for electricity and fuel. Your hero here in naija has tried your theory by removing subsidy and taxing the whole country to death. Yet the poverty in nigeria has quadrupled with no visible end in sight. You should be the last person to tell us who's a hero. |

| Re: "Phony Traore" By Sam Omatseye by ehikwe22: 2:15pm On May 12, 2025 |
Despite all the problems in Nigeria, Tinubu has focused all his energy on Traore because France gave him the matching order. Nigerians, you either revolt or it's over for you |
