In the real world though, we are looking like wtf? You create a self-inflicted crisis that grinds international trade to a halt. Create a business environment that lowers business forecast to no longer than 90 days. Send many businesses into bankruptcy during the period of 145% tariff hike. Lose jobs as a result. Erode trust in American bi-lateral trade. Devalue the dollar. Take the country to the brink of recession. Unite countries that previously didn't talk much trade, strengthen the case for BRICS.
