This is the same thing that happened at some of Prof Lumumba's lectures in an African country I cannot remember. During the lecture he had just sharply criticized Africans for a host of personal and group failures and the audience started clapping instead of reflecting soberly on what he had just said.

In a saner clime this man should first resign and submit himself for investigation. Before an examination results are released, the exam board and thier committee must have approved that it should be released to the public. You can not come now and be claiming you are sorry. If not for the lawyer that threatens to sue JAMB that is how they will cover it . Who knows for how many years this has been going on. God will help our children

What if the board members were the ones that orchestrated this whole mess? Both the registrar and board members should give way let the ICPC conduct a proper investigation make the head roll once and for all. The man has spent 9 years there already, he ought to retire next year. He can be put on terminal leave.
