I understand your point bro, but what you forget is that different teams have different salary budget to fit.

Mind you, City has the grace to throw around money and they've been successful over the years hence this high salary is a way of keeping the players happy..

But we are talking about Chelsea here, they (Chelsea) might be considering the fact that he is;
-injury prone
-Afcon interruption
-earning higher than other teammates who have been putting in the work can destroy harmony in some teams
-Even rumours here and there about his attitude (just saying)

Let's be realistic. Who do u tink Osimhen will bench at Madrid? A team wit a formidable strike force. When the Manager is still having issues wit playing Mbappe, Vinicius, Rodrigo, Endrik, Diaz and co. Perez won't even cough out such amount for Osimhen.

Barca would have been more realistic because they need a replacement for Lewa but they don't have the financial muscle at the moment and even if they do, they will rather go for Isak or Gyokeres. So Chelsea and Arsenal are his best bet at the moment.

Chelsea has to solve it's squad problems
