And what have they been doing with the money ? We must establish people's parliament to subject the politicians to interrogation on their constituencies allocations ...We can't just be blaming federal Govt alone for the abject neglect

This money is for every members in the house, that's why the president is asking us to hold our representatives and ask for what they are doing with the money. No empowerment for the women, traders, artisans, education, etc

That is one of the responsibilities of the President himself. He did not need to send it through any of his advisers or assistants. He has to do it himself, that is responsible governance. Afterall, the bulk stops at his desk. The moment he sends this type of information directly to the public, there will be changes in the way the public will start to hold their National Assembly members (Senate and House of Reps) accountable. Doing these types of big things secretly and keeping quiet is a direct way of enabling corruption and irresponsible behavior by members of the National Assembly.

Nigerians are not wise, their money is with state governors, senators, this is the money appropriated to their states and constituencies, but they let the governors and senators/house of assembly members loot in peace and they all focus on president, I say focus on both but even more on your state governors and constituents representatives because this is the money accrued to your people.
