I was happy because the last time I bought rice 3 Months ago was 69k and was praying it didn't increase.

I pray next time it will be 30k

Premium can be short grain or long grain but it's usually produced with the best quality rice. It's like you harvest a farm and you sort out the rice you harvested. The best among them is sorted and bagged as Premium
Short grain rice are usually plentiful than long grain. But they are less water resistant and don't swell. If you add too much water to them while cooking, they'll form a muddle. They are generally used for tuwo in the north because of their high starch content as well as how they are very sticky
Long grain can take more water, generally swell and do not become sticky. They are best for jollof, fried and such kind of cooking. Long grain also tend to have longer shelf life than short grain rice all other things being equal
