I have a bachelor of science in Chemistry with over 10 years working experience as a chemist and as a teacher and I have MA in education psychology. I am a registered member of chemical society of Nigeria and chartered and license chemist with iccon. I have 2published article as a co author. I have wes evaluation of my MA transcripts evaluated for canada PR bf, can i use my canada evaluation to submit this application, and Pls, what's my chance of getting approved, and what can I do to increase my chances of approval, thanks

What do you mean by "Breakdown of how EB2 NIW is done in the UK?"
The United Kingdom does not use EB-2 visas. EB-2 visas are specific to the United States. Unless you are planning to apply from UK which is possible.

No exact recommendation letter but it is advisable you have letters for all your prongs coupled with substantial merit.

How many recommendation letters are Ideal to support the EB1/EB2 application?

I can put you through. Remember writing EB-2 NIW is more than just writing. You have to hit the main point.
If you can prove the first two prongs, waiving labour certification for you is granted.

I’m currently starting my EB2 NIW application and I’d like to connect with anyone here in the tech space (DevOps, Cyber Security, etc) who has gone through this process.

I have a degree in Computer Science and over 6 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer. I’m now working on my Endeavor Statement, which is the first step, and I’d appreciate any advice or guidance from someone in the IT field who has written theirs.

Please, I think I may be a bit confused and would really appreciate some guidance from those who have gone through the EB2 NIW process.

Is the Endeavor Statement the same as the petition cover letter? Or are they two different documents?

Also, I have an additional question:
Does USCIS accept credential evaluations from IEE or WES?

Do we need to submit both, or how exactly does it work?

Endeavour is like a blueprint that guides your petition.... Contextually we can say yes is a cover statement...

Endeavor statement or explanation will be contained in the petition cover letter. There is another letter called Letter of Intent. That's separate from the petition cover letter.

USCIS accepts credentials evaluation from WES USA, not WES Canada.

Questions about recent trips with spouse and past US Tourist visa that applicant had.

- Visa approved on the day of Interview and told to collect passport in 10 business days
- Case showed Administrative processing on ceac status tracker for 4 days after interview
- visa issued - 2nd of May
- Passport pick up- 14th of May

After an initial rejection in August 2024 due to a form error, although I didn't receive the notification until December 2024 because of mailing issues related to my Nigerian address, I submitted a second petition on 8th May 2025, which was approved on 17th May 2025. I opted for premium processing in the second submission and I used a US address.
