Pls am tracking someone the person I running away with my 2m . She's supposed to have started payment last month but she refused. She blocked my line from reaching out I gave a dsp 30k two weeks to track her because he promised 24hrs her location would be found. It's two weeks now nothing yet

No it doesnt especially if that number is active. 24 hrs they will know the location and then start trying to identify the person.

Unless the person is not in the same state or area with you. They will tell u if that is the case and then ask you to provide logistics for them to go and pick her wherever she is.

Am in Lagos. Just go to any zone of Police in Abuja, ask questions they will attend to you. Theres a possibility the DSP may have met the girl and he was ordered to stand down. Its not difficult to track somebody using the police.
