"Herein lies the problem"

The vast majority of you here think he is the best striker in the world or close to it.

However, you have a duplicity of top European clubs who have essentially, "Put your money where your mouth is" and don't agree.

Because none of these top clubs are offering him what he wants or killing themselves to get him. That in itself says something about how they presumably see him and or rate him. This view is held by the majority of top clubs apart from us here, the fans .

A number of you may wish to call me biased and filled with hate , because I don't join you in this sentiment based favouritism for VO. I'm saying things as they are no sentiment or preference.
You will never change, year in year out your sentiment toward homegrown players is the same. Chelsea bide for Osimhem they could not match osimhen asking price that is why they did not sign him.

Somebody here opined that Chelsea board set a standard financially which they don't want to exceed as the major reason why they did not sign VO because I know during the period of Roman Abrahimovic Chelsea don't back down on any player .

In your words and from year's of experience reading your epistle here you made me believe that you have access to all the top clubs in Europe so tell us what is it that top clubs in Europe are see in osihmen that make them don't want to sign him. Here [b]Because none of these top clubs are offering him what he wants or killing themselves to get him. That in itself says something about how they presumably see him and or rate him. Yes thanks

If Mo Salah is mentioned for Ballondor
Omo Osimhen should also be in the mix

But he must come to the spot light
Salah is winning APOTY 2025.

At least even if them no dey graduate
Every year them dey final year
One dey convocation fit mistakenly reach them

But imàgine Chelsea
shortlist of players they are looking at consists of Liam Delap, Jonathan David, Hugo Ekitike and Benjamin Sesko. Rockies.., without class

When Osimhen is almost offering himself to them free and the coach is even saying I have a number 9 Jackson?

Kai
Osimhen should go to who wants and value him not just want he loves
I will advice him to remain in Gala cos they need him badly cos these premiership teams are not serious except for Juventus which is against Napoli release club to any Serie A club. The UAE clubs want him but Osimhen isn't ready for them now. The only viable option is to remain in Gala which he said he will consider if the talks with the premiership fails.

Its two months now. Is FIFA still going to remove points from SA?

Was any official statement made at all? Or have we moved on?
They will do that soon...before the qualifiers resume. Probably in August.

He should lower his wage demands and go to a top 5 league. Records matter. 5 to 7 years from now the record will be he scored 300 goals in Turkey and that will not be rated. Let him dominate the premiership for 7 years and after that he can go to saudi arabia. This is the time for him to shine. He should ot let the fact that he will be underpaid get on his way. The time is now.

He should go to Saudi then and make the money instead of staying back in Turkey.
Chelsea will surely buy a striker between June 1st and 10th for the Club World Cup, so we will know soon whether they will go for Osimhen or not.

Thank you, at the end osihmen is a Nigerian that must begin to think ahead of his life after football instead of taking risks with clubs who want to under pay him.

You don't take pay cut to play for teams like Man u and Chelsea
Imagine man u are 16th in the premier league table
That's the team Osimhen should take a pay cut to play for?

I edited the post you quoted and included Rashford, who is a top earner at Man U despite never having scored 20 goals in a season. Just trying to support my argument that Osimhen is worth what he is demanding
Rashford came from Manchester academy he signed his first contract at about 16/17 with all the obligatory increments and clauses and scored two goal 🥅 on his debut in the premier league.

Longevity and loyalty has got him to that very lucrative contract as well as some outstanding seasons for Manchester United.

Comparing him to VO is flawed and seemingly not relevant.

So a Striker can have an outstanding season even without scoring up to 20 league goals? Then Osimhen's 15 goals in just 25 appearances last season were impressive.

You guys think it is by earning so much money that one stay wealthy and never go broke

It is what like how you invest with what you've or earn that makes you wealthy

There a players like flamini they never earned much when he played but how he invests the money he had made him a billionaire today

Legacy matters and your records in top leagues also will speak for you years after. The Saudis will always be there years from now

He can lower his wage to play for top 3 league, with the option for contract review after first season.

As season that was hampered by injuries and a whole full month at the AFCON.

He still ended up third top scorer and Napoli's highest goal scorer.
