DSS didn't kidnap him. All they know is that he jumped bail and was presented to them by an unknown source in response to DSS bolo on him as a fugitive and here we are in court to continue his prosecution. How he was arrested has nothing to do with this ongoing case and with him defending himself in the trial that he has been evading because he knows that he is guilty as charged.
