Nairalander please as am typing this am having a critical pain on my upper tooth and it is so painful and excruciating, though i want to remove it as soon as possible because i can't hear the pain anymore but i don't know where to go for removal because am financially handicapped at the moment, please any hospital or places i could go for removal tomorrow with no much money, and what drug can i use now to suppress the pain till tomorrow..

Please i really need your thoughts, I wouldn't have removed it initially but the pain is getting stronger and longer.

Go to a government owned hospital, depends on the state you reside in they are cheaper compare to a private owned hospitals. Good luck.

By the time it gets to his turn to see a doctor in a government hospital the pain of the tooth ache would have 'killed' him!

Go to the nearest pharmacy and ask them for Touch & Go. It's an ointment you can apply to the tooth to stop the ache

This is the best advice, I did just this 8yrs years ago and I have had peace ever since.
