According to President Ramaphosa, he ďoesnt run the whole country per se.
They have a "funny democracy" that allows state laws to take precedence, in those region, over federal laws.

It's like our sharia law in the North.

I have always said it that the problems of Nigeria is because we are a homogeneous race. If we had mixed races where Whites are part of the buffer, we would have long been like China.

We really need to deliberately operate an immigration system to nationalise thousands of Whites, yellows (Chinese/Indians) and the reds(South Americans.

Nop, you are wrong. It isn't about how you treat a leader of another nation, but how you address issues you aren't satisfied with by being blunt about them. Trump has always being known to be blunt in his opinions about issues whether he travels out or in his country, like his ist tenure when he went to Europe and openly expressed his dissatisfaction in their defense contribution to NATO.

Ramaphosa already knew about U.S dissatisfaction about the white farmers and it was as serious as U S pulling out of the G20 summit in south Africa. So him coming to U.S now was for what? A Rose of flowers??
