Firebox123:What is your problem? You have been making misleading comments on this thread, are u sure u have an account with stanbic asset management? You wouldn't be making such comments if u do. Firstly u quoted someone here if his funds doesn't reflect he will lose his money, which is false! Now u are telling someone not to rush & go to the bank? What has funding stanbic mmf account got to do with going to the bank? If u have no idea on an issue, why are u commenting on it?? |
| Re: Mutual Funds by jayce232: 6:24am On May 16, 2025 |
Flash83:Please do not listen to that lunatic, he knows nothing about stanbic mmf. Just follow the instructions emmasoft explained earlier & if u need further help, u can chat him through the number on his profile. It is always better to do your thing online when it comes to stanbic mmf, most of the bank staff don't even know much about the asset management, they are two separate thing. |

Flash83:Yes, go ahead, click invest now and follow through, you will be directed to fund your MMF account and pick fund from wallet. Once that is done just wait and your money will reflect later. By default your interest will be reinvested except you picked otherwise during registration. You will know this, when you see a subscription transaction of your accrued interest at the end of each month otherwise, you will get credit alert of your accrued interest into your back account at the end of each quarter. |

Firebox123:The kind of advice you are giving shows that you are either intentionally trying to mislead people or totally ignorant of stanbic mmf. Fortunately, quite a number of us have approached emmasoft in the past when we were new to this and he had provided guidance. @flash83. Please follow guidance provided by emmasoft. You do not have any biz in stanbic bank or even need a stanbic account. Do a transfer to your dedicated account on blunest, then click on investnow, follow the prompts and you are good to go. |

How long does it take invested amount to reflect? I invested over the weekend. |
| Re: Mutual Funds by emmasoft(m): 7:56am On May 20, 2025 |
Flash83:If you invest on a non business day or anytime after noon on a businessday, you will have value and your capital reflects the next business day. If done before noon on a business day, it reflects and you have value same day after COB. Anything otherwise could be a glitch or something that has to do with method of funding your MMF account |

IchKampf:@IchKampf thank you for your kind words. To avoid extra charges, you can fund your account using their UBA collection account and use your name as narration. You can always send the evidence to customer care for a quick trace of deposited funds. Funding through your MMF account online will always involve a third-party payment gateway like Flutterwave or Interswitch, which will make you pay extra charges. Chat me up or send a mail to customer care to get the collection account, or better still, check below the attached account opening form, the collection account is there. |

Hello Im trying to do my comparison between Stanbic IBTC and Norrenberger Mutual Funds; but a friend just told me about the Stanbic IBTC Mutual funds investment is better (based on his experience) May I ask how much gain can I accrued after 1 year if I invest 72 Million Naira? Thank you |
| Re: Mutual Funds by yesloaded: 7:10am On May 21, 2025 |
darealabi:MMF rate is not fixed but average 20% presently |
| Re: Mutual Funds by Neurotika: 10:08am On May 21, 2025 |
darealabi:Superior processes - Stanbic Superior returns - Norrenberger Assuming rate is 20% and it’s compounded monthly like Stanbic, you’ll gain #15,796,158. If it’s compounded quarterly like other funds, you’ll gain #15,516,450. |
| Re: Mutual Funds by freeman67: 10:26am On May 21, 2025 |
Mrajah231:I placed a redemption request at 6:20 am on Monday and @ about 9:30 am it was credited to my account. It's sometimes dependent on various variables. If your 7:00 is am, it's good enough but sometimes the human behind the system could mistakenly omit/skip request. Also, if it is from their app or web portal and you followed through the process by supplying answer to your security question, the OTP and you received a redemption notification, it should be okay too. Another thing is that if you have placed a redemption request before and it went. If it's your first time it might be just them applying security measures. Thus, just check your account to see if the withdrawal was effected and the money has been removed. If not, redo the process and yesterday send them a reminder on their asset management arm email. |

Can anyone tell how long it takes to upgrade from basic to premium in blunest, I.e. stanbicassets, mine is taking over 3 days |
| Re: Mutual Funds by emmasoft(m): 8:17pm On May 22, 2025 |
nickae:Once you submit all required kyc documents and it pass through compliance team it can be same day, there is no specific time attached. Ordinarily within three working days, it should be concluded all things being equal. |
