1. The innocent victim was accused of stealing falsely, his name tainted. At this point even me will react, But he did not.

There is a clear difference between anger and stupidity, while the suspect action is sort of premeditated.

Without asking questions the suspect just called one of his son and they both tracked his brother to the waterside and murdered him.
