The new tenancy law should have had laws of sexual harassment or any forms of attempt or coercive relationship by landlords to tenants.Women should be allowed to feel safe where ever they are,be it at the workplace,places of study,home or rental apartments etc.To the landlords, lecturers, managers, bosses etc go look for spouses elsewhere,that ain't why the ladies came for,in the first place.

What are you typing? Is it a crime for a landlord to have feelings for his Tennant or vice versa, which one is women should feel safe, did he tell you the lady is not safe in the apartment she got huh

No, they shouldn't because it often leads to conflicts of interest.Someone would eventually say that the other is taking advantage of his/her of situation.A president that has sexual feelings on a female minister,a girl that wants a pass mark because she is dating a lecturer,a manager or employer that has sexual feelings on an employee.The list goes on and on.Somethings are best to be avoided for moral and ethical reasons.

Wow interesting,so how often do you guys communicate after you resigned cos you said you exchanged contacts? Do you have kids with your husband yet? You are a unique individual cos you are open about this and told your husband and still did what he asked you to do,you are strong o mentally,you didn't let your emotions overpower your logic like how women generally do.

Just before I resigned , we were communicating, and just getting to know ourselves, so after resignation , I move to a different state where my husband resides and gradually our communication ended.
