Why Christians Should Stop Engaging In Exam Malpractice, Bribery And Corruption by ebubeson(op): 6:51am On May 25, 2025
If a Christian separates himself and decides not to engage in exam malpractice, bribery and corruption, some other Christians may say "you are doing too much". Amongst these compromising Christians that may say "you are doing too much"; we may have some who speak in tongues, sing in choir, evangelize, preach e.t.c.

Do you know some Christians that come late to work sometimes, may put an early time instead of putting the actual time they came to work? Some may bribe their way through a process and may come share testimony that God has done it for them. Some in offices may inflate prices of what they want to purchase or contract to be done e.t.c, against the original price, so that they may get ungodly gain.

Christianity is not just about praying for hours, shouting fire, rolling on the floor during worship, dancing to praise God, speaking in tongues, serving seriously in church department, giving in church project, preaching well on the pulpit, reading bible e.t.c, it also entails being righteous, doing things that are righteous, avoiding exam malpractice, bribery, corruption. God will be happy if a genuine Christian fails an exam because he or she decides not cheat. He also wants the same Christian to do well in succeeding in the right way.

Christians should stop engaging in exam malpractice, bribery and corruption because it is a sin. It is a bad testimony that many Christians cannot endure the right way all because they need earthly benefits. God rewards those who obey Him, depend on Him and follow the right way.

Today is another day with a bright and beautiful chance. Please genuinely say this prayer " Lord Jesus Christ, I believe you are my provider and you can help me so much when I show integrity, please forgive all my sins and all the exam malpractice, bribery and corruption I have ever done. Please come into my life, break the yoke and power of sin in Jesus name. Amen"

Mathew 5:16 " Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your father which is in heaven"

Happy Sunday to you. Please go to a good church today.

You're right but the truth is most Christians don't help each other; we despise ourselves and would rather make the process hard for the brethren.

Why just Christians? What is bad is bad in every book of faith. Even pagans that came up with magun (thunderbolt) invented that to discourage adultery. If adultery was a good thing, we for no get anything like magun

If Christians can't stay away from the three things the op mentioned above...then it will be double tragedy waiting to befall the brethren. The law also frowns at those things so you have prison and hell waiting for you. You can escape both, one or none depending on how you handle it

It amuse me when someone would say " I'm Christian, I won't cheat or do wrong"
Every illegality start and finish in Christianity. Both the Pastors and their teachings do not discourage any bad thing in as much as tithe money would flow in..
Being righteous is a personal thing in Christianity but not part of its day-day teaching.
If you don't want to cheat or do exam malpractice, it's a person journey which is naturally wrong.

A Christian doesn't engage in that. Christianity is not religion that is just mere identity it is a way of life born out of transformation of the spirit by God's holy word through Jesus Christ

The truth is that all you have written can as well be served as "moral instructions" as someone doesn't really need to be a Christian or atleast a church person to know these. The African christian mixes Christian life with moral instructions.
Re: Why Christians Should Stop Engaging In Exam Malpractice, Bribery And Corruption by MindHacker9009(m):
When the story of Jesus is corruption itself so what do you expect.

There are two genealogies of Jesus which are not the same and are fake as Joseph is not the biological father of Jesus so the two fake genealogies are that of Joseph and not Jesus.

Now is getting another man's wife pregnant with Jesus and calling him the son of God not corruption when God Himself said do not commit adultery.

Teaching that Jesus is coming back soon for two thousand years, is that not corruption?
When Jesus said that the people of his time will see him coming from the sky.

Tell Christian pastors to stop collecting tithes and offerings from corrupt politicians and contract thieves.
Only in Nigeria will a man go to the Church to do thanksgiving for winning a multimillion naira contract and thereafter pay coorporste tithes knowing fully well that he over inflicted the contract

Christianity is the only faith that rejects evil.

That's why God rewards with eternal life not 72 virgins.
As in heaven there is no marriage.

Mar 12:25 KJV For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.

I hope everyone now knows that Jesus was crucified.
Recently they found a stone monument with the name of Pontius Pilate engraved on it.
Proving that he did condemn Jesus to crucifixion.

I completely agree that believers should live by high moral standards. However, I believe the call for integrity shouldn't be limited to Christians alone. If only Christians refrain while others continue in corrupt practices, it creates an imbalance where the righteous suffer while the dishonest thrive- at least in the short run. This can become discouraging for young believers, especially students, workers, and business people who feel tempted to compromise just to survive or compete.
Corruption in Nigeria is a systemic issue, and if only a fraction of the population refuses to engage in it, meaningful change may remain out of reach.
