It's only one copy of all your documents required except data page which is two copies

Please I want to know if submitted anything like Complementary Questionnaire for a schengen visa application France visa? Or its just only the complete visa form?
Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by auxtin1: 11:34pm On May 27, 2025
Cashmadam:
You need one copy of all your documents. Not two copies. For bank statements, you don't need any copy. Just the original. Same thing if you are submitting an introduction letter or payslips from your office or company. Only originals are required.
Thank you very much am just seeing this now I have search with ID for all response to my questions. Thank you

Please do I need to submit any other questionnaire apart from visa form?

Yes he needs to let them know oh ..I presently have long duration valid visas -. UK, US , Canada and Schengen and I don't fail to mention that .
Apart from properties, strong ties can be family, commitment to church/ mosque..list it .let then know. Nothing like too much information . Infact anyone without a strong cover letter has a high risk of rejection for Schengen. Its only US that does not require a cover letter.

hunee:
Man. You like Rhetorics. Lol

'Must you tell them " I have strong ties to Nigeria"

Please make your letters very simple.

Thank you.

Hello!
Has anyone had experience filling out this section of the France visa application form, and is it required?
You can describe why you want to visit france and any activity/places you’d like to do/visit. Don’t write your itinerary, and also why include Germany and Denmark?? Malmo is in Sweden, by the way…a long ways from France.

Sorry about this dear internet fren. Better luck next time.

As per the first reason here, what documents did you submit. Was there any one that's not clear or seems shady?

I understand you might not be in the right mood for questions because of this but I'm just asking in case some of us too can learn from your experience.
None were shady. All legit documents. It was actually a sponsored program.

Completed application form for Schengen visa with photo.
- Invitation letter from IARC (which also indicates my scholarship which covers for costs of Registration, Accommodation, Flight and Daily Diem for the duration)
- Proof of flight ticket confirmation.
- Proof of Accommodations.
- My international passport.
- Detailed itinerary.
- Insurance policy covering the entire duration of stay with minimum coverage of EUR 30,000.
- Letter of introduction from my employer.
- Proof of employment (Letter of appointment and leave approval)
- Proof of income (Personal 3 months’ payslips and 3 months bank statement of account (1m in account))

Thinking of appealing or re-applying.

Please anyone knows the process of appealing?

There is no document to prove that your sponsor can actually afford to 'sponsor' you. In cases like this, always better to have substantial funds in your personal bank account to cover the trip. International organisations such as IARC will not share their bank statement. Reapplying with sufficient funds may be the only way to go.

Thank you. Been thinking about what could have gone wrong

Cover letters don't determine visa approvals in all cases; these are just supportive documents.

In my opinion, keep everything simple and attach documents that are relevant to your application.

I have attended several interviews, and speaking from experience.

You did be suprised that, the person you least expected are the ones that usually breakthrough.

Understanding this dynamics is important.

If you like carry all the documents in this world with account balance running into millons, it still doesn't guarantee an approval.

Hello!
No, you should not make photocopies; only the printed bank statement issued by the bank is required.
AXA Schengen Travel Insurance : AXA's Travel Insurance plans are refundable in the event of a denial of Schengen visa applications.
Thanks for your message. You mean AXA Mansard plans are refundable if visa is refused ? Is it the 100% money or part?

Thanks for your kind assistance,

When you say fest time traveler do you mean travel to France or other countries?

I have travelled to the UK and I have other visas expired as well on my passport.

Please clarify can I choose multiply entry? I though they should be the one to decide which to give wether single or mutiple irrespective of my choice?

Do I leave this Visapro number blank?

Marcgrace:
A single entry (1 entry) is appropriate given that you are applying for a 7-day trip, particularly if you are a first-time traveller.
I recommend either 0 stay for the number of stays for upcoming years or just 1 stay, especially for a single entry.
