Best way to conceal the evidence. If anyone goes through the building, you are likely to find incriminating evidence against more people. Especially if they kept a journal or a vault with information. An active crime scene, and what happened to forfeiture via court and turning the house to a small barracks for security people. It's not like the building can't be used for something else. EFCC have seized properties from so many people, how many were destroyed. The 753 house in Abuja is being resolved not demolished.

Should such properties simply not be seized by the state government? Government can convert such a big house to a small hospital, or simply hand it over to the local government for use. That saves government the cost of building new houses. An example is the estate confiscated from Emefiele. The FG has moved to sell the houses to willing buyers and it saves government the cost of building such an estate. The FG is profiting from the sales, without investing a kobo.

The evil man has an EFCC case already, looking at the way he was spraying and stepping on Naira in that video, which would include his life sentence for multiple murder.

Nigerian government usually destroys buildings used for crimes or linked to criminals, especially if they're caught by the police or military.
Why not let investigators do their job, it can lead to exposing more criminals, it's not the first time, anytime criminals are exposed,within 3days,the building don fall.

Reminds me of how Jeffrey Epstein's Island home with its underground cravens were demolished and encased in concrete by the US govt.

Why the hurry. Evidences that could probably resolve several cases of missing persons, kidnap, murders etc are destroyed needlessly by this careless hurried action borne purely out of emotions.

The house could still have been demolished in 1,2,3 months time after forensic analysis of the entirely place. Hope its not a tacit effort to cover up some other crimes and accomplices?
