Lol, Tompolo probably has no case against him with the EFCC. On the other hand, this young fellow has a lot of cases.
Despite this, the EFCC didn't call him for months but did their "investigation". It was after these that they invited him but he refused to show up. Later on they detained, questioned and released him. They'll pick him up again if needed. That's process.
