If it is easy to quit, then it's not an addiction. How difficult it is to quit an addiction depends on the individuals and circumstances involved.

Drug is the most addictive cos it can trigger chemical imbalance in the brain. You see masturbation and gambling? I classify them in the same category. Many people who gamble usually masturbate as a post-loss coping mechanism or to relief the anxiety associated with gambling.

Well, I do know that;

1. Gambling - is the fastest way to become poor and wretched. Also a gateway to desperate crimes such as stealing and robbery. It could also lead to depression, social withdrawal, perpetual anger, lying etc. You also tend to lose credibility and trust of loved ones and associates.
2. Smoking cigarettes - serious health consequences i.e bronchitis, liver disease, chest pain, cancers etc
3.Porn watching - can increase the desire to commit sexual crimes such as assault and rape, affects your psyche and makes you see the opposite sex as a mere sexual object. It may affect your ability to maintain platonic and meaningful relationships with the opposite sex, sexual addiction, lack of concentration, etc
4.Masturbation - Excessive masturbation may lead to poor sexual performance, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, inability to be sexually satisfied by the opposite sex, masturbating even when in a sexually active relationship, etc
5.Drugs - omo , aro as in mental case. You go thief, you go steal, you go mad, you go craze, you fit k!ll, you go waka naked, you go sell your properties and other people's own at giveaway haraha prices. Hmmmm!
6. Phone/internet - This one, sapa dey cure the addiction. Once money no dey to buy data, everybody rest. thank you MTN!

Have tried many times but still failed.
One month, 1week, two months, one whole year in 2023 but I still failed.
I have installed several quit smoking apps but I still failed. Damn it

None is most difficult to quit, with God's involvement. It's a spirit controlling you,which flesh and mere discipline can't take you out of. Has anyone ever asked this question as...why am i not addicted to making money?. The reason is simple. Those addictions mentioned above are the devil's tools used in pulling people down. If you're doing your 6/5 jobs. When you go out and return home, you'd definitely be counting days until the pay day. Likewise, if you're a businessman, you count gains and they keep adding up. Though you could incur losses but not all the time and it's because it's one of the characteristics of a business engagement. Losses make you stronger. Addictions kill you both physically and spiritually, it takes money out of you most times. You gable and make money occasionally, you'd still spend the whole money gambling again, until you start borrowing to do more,likewise other additions.

But with God's involvement in constant prayers, you're good to go. I'm a living witness

So far it has become an addiction, it’s hard to quit for the person indulging in it.

Gambling ,smoking, drinking,porn and masturbation but is not too difficult to get away from, if u genuinely want to stop it
