We talking majors (major trophies) not mickey mouse cups.

If anyone cites Unity cup as an achievement now.... then they will explain why they dont rate Christian Chukwu's triumph in 2004 which was more impressive.
I didn't say it was a major trophy, but winning it isn't bad na... You have to win games to win trophies. Will he now win Jamaica and say he doesn't want the trophy?

The man is here to work and he knows what's at stake, make he use this one guide, winning is winning. If we lose to Jamaica next tomorrow now, more than 60 new pages go add to this thread again.

Abi na mice we dey play to win the cup?

And who says he doesn't know what he's doing? Shey this same man didn't use Mali to beat Super Eagles black and blue around this time last year? We didn't even get a shot on target...

Everybody come cry here after that loss to Mali na... Just dey press keyboard dey go. Éric Chelle no be magician, our players have not finished soaking in his philosophy and we're already seeing signs of improvement.

You wey get knowledge suppose dey coach one sharp team by now na...

West Brom, AC Millan.

Playing at a high intensity will not fetch results, if you don't know what you are doing.
Did you lose your ability to communicate? I asked you a simple question. Why are you touchy eh?

Winning at this Unity cup is not my issue. We picked the squad that will get the job done. Win alright but the main issue will always be first XI selections and personnel deployment that synchronises with the coaching directions. Chelle can do better if he doesnt take long, driving his scalpel straight at the tumor bedeviling this team from playing exactly how he wants.

We have an Afcon in December or so. That is the one our eyes should really be on and ofcos the WCQs to see if it can be salvaged.

Where will Osimhen end up?

Some of the Big Euro Clubs in need of Strikers are making their moves in the market and Osimhen is not in the picture yet...

Arsenal - Strongly in talks with Benjamin Sesko (RB Leipzig). Fine young ST with a huge ceiling but currently nowhere near Osimhen's level.

Chelsea - Deal done for Liam Delap from Ipswich Town. Former Man City Protege. Top young CF. Strong PL season under his belt already.

Manchester Utd - Cunha is not a #9. They will make their move... not sure of their prime target yet.

Liverpool - Not sure if Nunez stays or leaves. Time will tell.

Juventus - Have Vlahovic but wanna sell. Interest in Osimhen remains.

Real Madrid - They have Mbappe.

Barcelona - They have Lewy.

Bayern - They have Kane.

Man City - They have Haaland.

Etc....

Saudi Pro Clubs - The Money bags await any changes.

In an earlier response, i mentioned two clubs and ended with 'etc' to tell you that there are clubs that i did not mention.

You took no notice of it, and instead asked if the players at those mentioned clubs played yesterday, that was not expected from someone who had the boldness to ask such a question.

The joy of fandom experienced by Super Eagles fans in the 80s and 90s is now what these guys in uk express. They really had fun coming out to watch semi team A of super eagles. Same for the Ghana fans. They filled up everywhere, old and young. Even say a priest in the stands.

Na we dey see and feel everything sha. Cos if na this Wcq brouhaha Dem dey see often, dem go para o.

We have a coaching problem.

Our players are not alien to the game of high pressing (high pressure).

Even if they are, why will you try to infuse that in a very limited training exposure.
You either scout for players with the lungs for high intensity, or you leave out that approach altogether.

Again, complaining that our players can't cope with high intensity, is a discovery that should have happened during training, not after a match day.

Eric Chelle doesn't know his players yet

How's that a problem after just three games? This is not club football.

Or what's your point or suggestion in all of these? He should be sacked?

If the coach had played him as the Right attacking midfielder, you for see papa Daniel in his glory..
He knows how to find passes through the lines and it will help him get into zone 14 cus he can shoot.

Our group is really fair on paper if we take our chances. Coach Aliyu Zubairu needs to work on our forwards. They rarely scored goals.

We hustled for second balls under Peseiro.

Our intensity did improve, but to what end.
We still struggle to progress the ball from the back.
Under Peseiro, that should be at the end of his time with us.

Progressing play from the back has more to do with personnel. We can't have all 3 of our midfielders with the skillet of a traditional destroyer and expect them to quickly transition from defence to attack.

We need DLPs, ball carriers like a refined Etebo and we're good to go.

I never want to see the midfield trio of Ndidi-Onyeka-papa daniels ever again.

That's how Mali lost against ivory coast in the semis of afcon.

He was leading by 1 nil and he kept pressing and attacking at the dying minutes merely 10 minutes to end the game instead of defending thoroughly

The man has alot to learn still
That particular match annoyed me because I was Team Mali that day.

I just hope his learning is done with these friendly games and he learns fast.

You're an unserious person. I asked you a simple question and you're yapping "I just want to argue" and you dare talk about incivility? Smh

Look at you shooting yourself in the foot. I asked for more information based on your "etc" and West Brom and AC Milan would have sufficed but your emotion is your driver.

I didn't make it seem like anything. You can't run ahead of the conversation and then project your conclusions on me.

We need a fuller camp. Then screen Samson Siasia way. High intensity drills. Select the best that can play at a high intensity.

Sadly, I don't think this administration is ready to spend big money for success.

He should resign honourably haba. He doesn't know how to respect himself. Take up some coaching courses in europe or football management courses and move into management. You've tried
