mowah:Papa Daniel did absolutely well in the match against Ghana and he is a decent player. With what I watched today, Benjamin Fredrick should be a back up immediately and not wait for 2 years time. Agu should be part of the team henceforth, he was decent today, it was Simon that wasn't playing with him in that left wing position |

The future of eagles defense rests on Bassey(present/future), Fredricks and Osuji. |

This your colonial mentality REALLY SUCKS and it's a huge shame to be honest. At a time when your peers are trying to find value in their roots, you are still steeped in inferiority complex. You want Nwabali to be replaced with a guy who plays for Wrexham because to you everything foreign is superior. Same way some unfortunate dudes here were clamouring for Okoye to displace Nwabali automatically because he plays for Udinese. Why do you want to give Frederick 1-2 years. He clearly put in a solid showing. I call him a proper defender. Frederick and Ogbu should have been in the team since 2023. mowah: |

All most all opponents goals against the super eagles since 2023 are from the RIGHT wing. Get close to the box, make 6 crosses. You will score 3 out 6. It becoming annoying. ![]() |

mowah:I agree with all you put down 100% solid and accurate takes No sentiments, just facts Onyemaechi & Zaidu are thé regular left backs Nigeria usually call up, Agu would definitely be in the mix now though It’s competition at the end of the day, fight for your shirt |

nwabali met good penalty takers today he couldn't save any unlike SA players but he's our best hands for now though he's getting too comfortable on the ball when being charged at. so he has to work more on his penalty saves congrats to them |

lbrichman2:Kai, I just saw the news online on Punch Newspaper's website. It's so sad. Now I feel bad about criticizing him today. The fact that he even showed up to play in this tournament should be applauded. Someone burying both parents next month is definitely not in the right frame of mind. My condolences to him 🙏 |

Unleashing a Victor Osimhen and Dessers on any team should be a criminal offense. ![]() Just locate anyone with grey hair with aerial or low passes. ![]()

DABIGATRAN:Nigeria deserves a better goalkeeper, Nwabali has made tremendous saves which we all appreciate as Nigerians but we are building a great team and we won’t leave any weak link in our chain! It’s just the illusion of how low Uzoho , Akpeyi, Ezenwa and Okoye have taken that spot that makes his weakness a blind spot, if he had replaced Enyeama, you’d have a different opinion. Lastly, Wrexham is now a championship side and to casually invoke the term ‘colonial mentality’ often suggests a rather simplistic grasp of nuance, paired with a curious absence of critical analysis. |
