Aina should be ready and should be deployed to right back going forward, because all the goals Nigeria conceded in this Unity Cup all came from the right wing.

Teams that Nigeria will be playing against must have taken note of that, and will want to capitalize on it and put pressure on that wing, especially the pacy South Africans.

Even the goal Nigeria conceded in the last Afcon Final also came from the right wing. Same with the goal conceded in that last World Cup qualifier against Zimbabwe.

Wow, I was dazed that Eric Chelle picked Frederick Benjamin to start the unity cup final. For a young defender at his age, he plays with his head more than feet. He was calm, bold and calculated. Hey, I have no doubt that Brentford will fully integrate him in the first team next season.
Eric Chelle likes him, it's very evident so I won't be shocked if he is in the team for the world cup qualification games.
Being crowned the best player in his team at the U21 is no fluke at all.
I think he can still play for us at the U20 world cup.

Felix Agu will be a good addition going forward. Moses Simon just kept on frustrating the young lad by hugging the ball unnecessarily. Simon was piss poor,he couldn't even beat his markers. He is not Doku abeg.

Tolu ain't better than Onuacho. For now, Dessers should be second choice behind VO9.

Igoh is a good addition to the team.

Uche is a ball carrying Midfielder cum SS.
Would love to see a diamond midfield of Onyeka or Ndidi, Iwobi and Uche.

Was disappointed with Nathan Tella performance.

We need to get Vince Osuji, Arthur Okonkwo, Justin Njinmah

Honestly analyzing our team is below average and the coach is a flunkie you can tell from his demeanor . Let’s focus on Afcon and the 2030 World Cup finals. Super eagles shall rise above all Again
Missing 2 World Cups with Osimhen, Lookman & Aina in their prime is a catastrophe
Blame the NFF

Unfortunately, Frederick and Agu aren't on the list for the Russia friendly....
I hope they can somehow gatecrash the list later, especially Frederick.... The guy looks like one for the future...

PSG's attack is arguably the best in Europe this season and right now heading to next season.

I say arguably because the Barca attack is also on similar level of ruthlessness.

PSG showed this vs Liverpool, Arsenal and co. They are final third bosses and also strong in their defensive third.

Inter are tired..
They are the oldest team in this tournament..
They have nothing left in the tank

They need to let go of several players on the wrong side of 30
It's been a long season for them

Well, I think Madrid can win it again (even with Mbappe). Getting TAA, Huijsen and Carreras shows Madrid's intent. They are still UCL royalty.

Moniter0:
How the Jamaican captain took and scored his spot kick was what the Jamaican player that missed his also had in mind, which is to place the ball at the top corner, which beats any goal keeper of Nwabali's height.
This was how Nigerian chan team lost in semi finals some years ago. The other team simply played and aimed all their shots either at the right top corner or the left top corner and they scored because of Agbim's height, who was Nigeria's goal keeper.

If Nigeria goes into penalty shoot outs against a tactical team that will want to exploit Nwabali's height by having their penalty takers aim for either the right or left top corners, then any other goalkeeper like Maduka should be coming on during penalty kicks. Otherwise, a team whose players can aim and score top corners can comfortably win the shoot outs.
you think they will all successfully execute that tactics?….one person amongst dem go jonz while trying to hang ball for rooftop

After Guardiola is Enrique.

Simeone Inzaghi is still my man but he needs to kill the negativity. I hope Enrique outclassing him today will shift his orientation.

.... folks complain, nag a lot here and its annoying. Someone must see something wrong at all cost. Someone must be still blamed whether team win or not.

I really wonder what else they want Chelle do that he is not doing. He has best supporting crew ever, both foreign and local Assistants.

He is playing the lads to their strength. At a point, I thought my eyes were seeing something else cos I can't believe its Chuks I was watching.

We should allow this Man to do his job. He merits it and far better than any indigenous coach at the moment.
Gbamsolutely 💯
