Third World Cop. They are notorious in the discharge of their duty. Very corrupt and often times work with criminal gangs, drugs cartel and corrupt government officials. They are backed by the state authorities who empowered and emboldened them in perpetuating their criminal activities.
There was one sometimes ago in MiniOkoro police station in PH, his name is Micah. We don't know his whereabouts now. That rogue police officer killed so many innocent people. He arrest and detain people at will, and the police authorities don't say pim. He also believes so much in his juju, and see himself as indestructible by no man.
