Sorry I'm just replying since Jan. Actually you don't need legalisation to get your visa. If you can get admission without legalisation, you can get your visa without legalisation. Legalisation is still very important sha.

Tell them you will learn the language along side your intended program. However, it comes with additional charges.

1 Verification of Neco or waec cert and it transcript at the embassy ranges from 200k-250k
The duration of Verification and legalization is 7 weeks before embassy will contact you to come and legalize. Same those going for masters with Hnd, Nd and its transcript.
Legalization fee is 20 euros per document (32k)now and you will pay for 2 documents(waec or Neco and it transcript), why Hnd and Nd holders pay for 4 documents(Nd and its transcript, Hnd and its transcript)
Note: you transcript should come from the same school you took your Neco or Waec exam.
It must be from SS1-SS3.

But note if you go for vocational sch no residence for you o, an you getting job may be scarce..so be careful.

You will authenticate your Bcs certificate, transcript and o levels at the MOE&MOFA.
But it is your Bsc and transcript you will submit at the embassy for verification/legalisation, the process last for 6 weeks if you do follow up from NUC.

Pls does anyone has a sure contact of any reliable person I can contact at NUC to help me follow up with my verification . Submitted my documents at the embassy a week plus now

You will authenticate your Hnd, Nd and it's transcript, your Master and it's transcript, but it is your master that the embassy will legalize after seeing your hnd, nd and its transcript.

most times its both, have you applied? If yes check the school website or course of study it should be stated

Hi Fam,
Is there anyone looking for appointment date for legalization? I have a slot scheduled to hold on the 27th of this month, but unfortunately, I don't think I will be able to make it. I want to cancel the appointment, hence this writeup. So, if there's anyone that wants to take the date, just let me know, so that immediately I cancel, you can just take the slot.
Ps: I don't know if it will work, but just thought I should say it in case.
